And so we do have knowledge of the light of the Akashic records, Asking for guidance and direction to know light truth, As it is revealed for our true essence and the true essence of everyone connected to us. Help me to know the essence community in the light of the Akashic records. Help me to see the essence community through the light of the Akashic records. Help the essence community to be open to receive the wisdom and compassion and healing through their own life force connection to the records. Help them to embody and act truthfully with the energy that is being channeled through the light of the Akashic records. The path to the records is now open. More than ever, It is time now to gather together, To come together, To share our hearts, To be open to sharing what we are here to do and what we are excited about. It's like everything that is on the surface is ready to just bloom. It's as if one petal has come out and the rest are to follow. What is needed for us as beings and light beings and energy beings right now is to open. Open ourselves up to the possibilities that we get to create in these moments now rather than later. It is now that we need to, It is now in our hearts that we can be more present than ever. To be listening to the wisdom and guidance that is flowing through us at all times, At all times. This guidance is really energy flowing through you to be expressed through voice, Through song, Through music, Through poetry, Through whatever it is that you feel good about expressing, Even if it's a conversation with a friend. Breathing in word into our hearts we can trust that we can be guided to express ourselves in the way that is best for our soul and who we are meant to be and who we are already. Who we are already is right there on the surface. It's time to show what's on your heart. Breathe in that fresh air. Let everything land in the heart as much as you can, As often as you can, The heart is the center for this connection. If you can focus in this space, Putting a hand on the heart as often as you can to just find that subtle connection. Breathe in from the sky from the highest point you can even imagine and bring that right in to the heart. The heart can feel warm when we embrace what it is and how it can be expressed, How it can help you translate that expression. The really important message now is to allow the creation to come through you. It's you that has the power to translate this energy into something very powerful. It must be shared. Just as our emotions can be stuck in the body, Anything that we are desiring to create can get stuck in there too. We need to check in to be able to take action on those things. The act that we want to take is truly sharing what is layered on the heart. That goes the same with our emotions. Our emotions can be shared to be released and transformed through movement, Through voice, Through conversation. If we place our hand on our heart every time we are ready to express ourselves, Every time we're maybe not ready to express ourselves, Putting a hand on the heart can get us into a place where we're comfortable to do so. Spend time here, Breathe here, Allowing time, Creating time for the heart to open. Standing in front of the mirror, Holding your heart, Looking yourself deep in the eyes and saying the words, I got you. I know you. Smile at yourself in the mirror. Then embrace that love that is present. Let it arrive. Let it come through. Let it be inside your heart. This is you. This is where you get to expand from. Know that this is available to you at any time, Any moment. Bring that hand to the heart. It's all you have to remember. Bring the hand to the heart, Breathe in deep into the heart, Creating expansion and space and settle into the love that gets cultivated by that action. You are truly loved. You are truly creative.
