Begin by finding a tall comfortable seat cross-legged with your sit bones rooted to the earth below.
Begin a deep breath into your heart space allowing your chest to fall open relaxing your shoulders down and away from your ears.
Placing your hands with your palms face down on your thighs.
Bring your awareness to the temperature that you're feeling between your palms and your thighs.
Breathe deeply into this space creating an intention to ground your energy down into the earth.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Inhaling up from the earth into your solar plexus just below the ribs and exhale side out send it down back into the earth.
Let the cleansing energy of your inhale coil around and up your spine to your crown top of your head.
Hold here.
Exhale send it out back down out your root into the earth.
With each inhale allow the breath to travel up to the crown and each exhale sending the sensation back down into the earth.
Repeat this pattern one more time on your own breath.
When you're ready bring your awareness to the lower half of your body.
Feeling a deep sense of grounding and connection to the earth.
Soften and create a lightness in the upper body allowing the energy to carry you and hold you.
Visualize all the cells in your body breathing with this earth grounding energy.
With your hands on your thighs begin creating a circular motion with your upper body.
Start by leaning back inhale as you move to the left and exhale as you move forward.
Continuing this motion for five cycles on your own breath.
Exhaling as you move backwards and exhaling as you move forwards.
Softening and surrendering into the motion of your energy allowing the energy you've cultivated to guide you.
Be with this movement for a few moments embracing the energetic expression.
If this energetic expression is stillness for you at this time that is okay.
Try on letting go and letting the energy guide the emotion.
Whatever feels good to you.
Finding stillness now with intention send your crown to reach up to the sky.
Bring your awareness back to the space between your palms and your thighs.
Returning to the natural rhythm of your breath.
If your mind begins to wander bring your awareness back to the gentle rhythm of your breath.
You repeat these words in your mind now.

You begin to hear now the thinking of glasses.
Someone very meaningful to you is going to make a speech about your life.
Your heart feels bright as you begin to listen and take in the loving thoughts of this special person.
