I listened to this course like i would an audiobook while doing my spring cleaning…it was very useful to consider what digital technologies spark joy, and which dont, as well as where in my life i need to set stronger boundaries around screentime, apps, etc. Gave me some strong ideas to now implement . Thank you Jillian for sharing your insights and offering this course! A very relevant and important topic in our lives!
