I liked it but it did not talk about smoking. I guess you could use this when you get a craving if you wanted too

Both times I've done this one I wasn't sure about it at first. However, after the first few breaths, I've found this a calm and focused exercise.

Smoking is attachment to something. This meditation releases the hand of the beholder.
