Welcome to these affirmations for inner peace and smooth breathing to your sleep.

I am going to tell you some affirmations and we are going to do a quick visualization after that,

That will help you be more relaxed and have a profound sleep.

Let's begin.

Please lie down in a bed where you are going to be comfortable.

Breathe in and breathe out slowly,

Quietly and just hear the sound of my voice.

The more that you hear the sound of my voice,

The more that your sleep is deepened.

The more that your body is relaxed,

I breathe deeply and calmly.

My breath is natural and fluid.

Every night my breathing becomes calmer,

More regular,

More peaceful.

I let my body relax.

I let my mind relax completely in harmony with the natural rhythm of life.

My breathing is a guide,

Regular,

Steady,

Leading me to a deep and restorative sleep.

I trust my body to regulate my breathing during the night.

As I regulate my breathing,

It allows me to rest fully.

My breathing is calm.

Every night I wake up feeling rested.

Every night I wake up feeling energized.

Every night I wake up feeling balanced.

Right now your breathing becomes soft,

Relaxed.

As you let yourself be carried away by this restorative breath,

Your body relaxes more and more and we are going to do a quick visualization to allow you to deepen more and more your relaxation to sleep.

Allow yourself to sense your body relaxing.

Sense yourself breathing deeply and calmly.

Sense with each breath that it is a natural and fluid breath.

The same quantity that enters is the one that exits.

You breathe out deeply.

Your breath is regular,

Balancing of the air entering and the air exiting your system.

This rhythm is regular.

Sense that you trust your body to regulate your breathing during the night.

Sense that your body is taking charge of regulating your breathing.

Sense that you are resting fully and sense that when you will wake up,

You will be feeling rested.

Sense how rested you will be.

You will be feeling energized.

Sense how energized you will be.

Sense that you will be balanced.

Sense how balanced you will be.

And right now,

Your breathing becomes a soft steady echo,

Like a wind blowing peacefully through your nose,

Sensing your breathing,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

You let yourself be carried away by this regenerative breath,

Restorative breath,

Relaxing breath.

The more that you sense that your body is relaxing more and more,

Your body is heavy.

You are calm.

You are relaxed.

Your body is relaxing more and more and you prepare for a night of deep,

Peaceful and harmonious sleep.
