Hello and welcome to these affirmations.
We are going to be doing affirmations for calm breathing and restful sleep and it is a perfect audio for all people but including and specifically for people with sleep apnea where the breathing is stopped sometimes during few moments during sleep.
So we are going to be doing some affirmations and we are going to continue them with a visualization that will deepen your sleep.
Please allow yourself to lie down in a comfortable bed.
Please close your eyes and just listen to my voice.
The more that you hear my voice the more that your body is relaxed.
The more that you hear my voice the more that it deepens your relaxation.
The more that you hear my voice the more that your mind relaxes.
The more that you hear my voice the more that your body is heavier.
Your eyes are heavier,
Ready to sleep.
So let's begin.
My breathing is smooth and steady.
My breathing is as smooth and steady as the gentle breeze in the forest.
I let myself be carried away by the soothing rhythm of nature.
My thoughts dissipate like waves.
With every breath I feel more and more relaxed like the deer in the forest.
I am in harmony with my body.
I am in harmony with my mind.
My breath guides me to a deep sleep.
I release all my tension with each exhalation.
I sense this tension leaving my body.
I release all my tension allowing myself to rest deeply.
I trust my body to guide me to a restorative sleep.
I trust my mind to guide me to a restorative sleep.
I trust my body to guide me to a healing sleep.
And now we are going to do a visualization.
Allow yourself to sense your breathing.
Sense the wind entering your nose.
Sense your breathing that is smooth,
Steady.
The wind enters your nose and it gets out from your nose.
Sense this movement of this wind coming in,
Coming out.
Sense as you breathe,
As this wind is entering and getting out,
That you feel more and more relaxed.
Your body is more and more relaxing.
Your mind is more and more relaxing.
Your head area is more and more relaxed.
Your neck area is more and more relaxed.
Your shoulders are more and more relaxed.
And you sense that if there is some tension in your body,
There is a white light that comes from the top of your head and goes down,
Down,
Down to all the places where there is some tension.
And it cleanses all of this tension,
The negative thoughts,
The worry,
The intranquility,
The lack of peace,
The negative emotions.
This white healing light goes towards all of these spots and cleanses them.
Sense that your chest is more and more relaxing.
Your belly is more and more relaxing.
Your hips are more and more relaxing.
Your legs are more and more relaxing.
Your feet are relaxed.
And your arms are relaxed.
And with each breath,
You feel that your whole body is more and more relaxed.
With each breathing out,
You sense that your thoughts are dissipating like waves.
And with each breath,
As you breathe out,
You release all the tension,
Allowing yourself to rest deeply.
Sense yourself trusting your body to give you a restorative sleep.
And now you can surrender to this tranquility,
Letting each breath bring you a deep and restful sleep.
Your body is profoundly relaxed.
And with each breath,
You feel calmer and calmer,
Ready to sleep and to have a renewed energy.
