Slow Breathing With Horses In The Mountains
by James Hyland
This slow breathing practice helps you calm your nervous system, soften your body, and return to the present moment with the horses, mountains, and birdsong as your guides. After listening, you’ll feel more grounded, more spacious in your breath, and more connected to the peace that nature is always offering you. With the steady presence of the horses, fresh mountain air, birds singing around you, and each slow inhale and exhale bringing you back into your body, this practice creates a gentle reset for your mind, heart, and spirit. Come back to it whenever you need to slow down, release tension, and remember that peace can be found one breath at a time. Please note: as this practice is deeply relaxing, it is recommended not to listen while driving.
