For today's practice,

Your mantra will be the word trust.

When I say the word trust,

Repeat it back to yourself silently and also feel a sense of trust throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.

Trust.

Trust.

Trust.

Trust.

Trust.

Trust.

Now receive a nice inhalation and release and bring a smile to your face as you shift into the feeling of gratitude,

Grateful for showing up to practice today,

And grateful to know that you can trust your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Take one more deep breath in and release and carry this sense of trust throughout your day.
