Awaken the memory of your most liberated self—the version of you that felt fully alive, aligned, and at ease. This short meditation uses breath, gentle visualization, and a grounding affirmation to guide you back to that moment of freedom. You’ll reconnect with your core truth, anchor into your values, and carry that expansive energy into your day. Let this be your reminder: the power you seek is already within you.

Close your eyes and notice your breath as it moves freely in and out of your nostrils.

Not changing how you're breathing,

Just noticing how your breath moves freely in and out.

Not changing how your breath moves freely in and out of your nostrils.

Feeling that freedom of the air as it moves.

And with a sense of freedom,

Think about a time where you truly felt free,

Free to be yourself,

What were you doing?

Who were you with?

What did it feel like to be fully free?

Take a moment and really feel that sense of freedom right now.

And while feeling that sense of freedom,

Ask yourself what is one thing you could do today to bring in that feeling of freedom.

Really feel that feeling right now.

And then take your hand and put it on your heart and silently repeat,

I am free.

I am me.

I am one.

Taking another deep breath in here,

Releasing with a huge sense of freedom.

And remember,

You are free.

You are you.

You are one.

Carry this sense of freedom with you whenever you need it and throughout your day.

You got this.
