Hi,

My name is Julia and welcome to your manifestation meditation.

Whether you're looking to call in your dream relationship,

Your dream career,

Or just your dream life in general,

I've got you covered in today's practice.

We'll meditate and then hopefully through that meditation we'll be able to manifest it and make it happen in our lives.

I don't know about you,

But I'm so excited to meditate with you.

So without further ado,

Let's dive in and go ahead and grab the most comfortable shape that you can,

Whatever that looks like.

Really listen to your body today.

The needs of our physical body can change from day to day so your traditional meditation shape may not work for you.

You can lie down,

Sit,

Find a wall to rest your back against whatever works.

And when you found that shape just gently close down your eyes.

Right away if it feels comfortable and right you can flip your palms up towards the sky.

And just start to breathe here.

Start to notice how your breath is naturally moving today.

The gentle rise and fall of your belly and your chest.

Maybe listening to the soft sounds of your inhales and your exhales.

And just get really comfortable,

Really aware of your breath.

And just as you're in the time your mind starts to become pulled in different directions.

So with as much self compassion as possible remind yourself to come right back to your breath.

Working with your breath here to help you settle.

To help you calm your mind.

And we'll start to sink our breath here just a couple times.

So altogether,

Big breath in through your nose if it's accessible.

And exhale out through the nose release.

Again breathe in,

Really feel the sides of your waist expand.

Filling all the way up to the top.

And then exhale out through the nose again release.

One last time breathe in fill up.

And release that let it go just soften.

Allow any tension in your jaw or in your neck to dissolve.

Beginning by sending your awareness in towards your heart space.

Start to feel that area center of your chest.

Taking a couple of breaths into that space.

If you have any real resistance,

Any real tension surrounding the heart just ask it to maybe soften just a little bit.

And I'll invite you to start to picture in your mind what you'd like to manifest.

So you clicked on this meditation for a reason.

There's probably one thing in specific that you had in mind.

Calling that in now,

Picturing it.

Maybe it's the dream relationship.

Maybe it's health,

Vitality,

Energy.

Maybe it's a really specific business or career milestone.

Getting clear in your mind and picturing exactly what you want.

Exactly what your dream is.

And if you're not entirely sure on specifics,

Focus on the feeling.

How you want your dream and future self to feel.

Imagining this dream as if it's already here.

Exploring it in your mind with as much detail as possible.

What does your dream look like?

What do you really,

Really want?

Staying open to receiving whatever images may be popping up in your mind and whatever feelings your heart may be feeling.

What does your heart truly long for?

And what does that look like?

What does that look like?

And gently coming back.

Take a big breath in.

And as you exhale,

Just release your visualization,

Release any images that you may have,

Any feelings.

Just let it be.

And then release your grip.

Release your attachment to that thing happening,

Which I know can be really hard.

See if you can relax into it.

When we relax,

That's when everything flows.

Steady your breath here.

Take a couple of rounds on your own.

Feel into whatever you may be feeling.

Float your palms to rest over top of your heart.

Trust that you've let yourself know your deepest desire,

Your dream.

You've also let the universe know.

So try and relax,

Release your grip,

And then do your part.

So those small,

Tiny action steps to get where you want to go.

The rest will work itself out.

Big breath in.

Release,

Let it go.

As you move through the rest of your day,

I hope you feel held and I hope you feel supported.
