Hey love and welcome to this meditation to align and activate your best self.
So let's get started.
You can sit or lie down gently closing your eyes when you get there.
This is going to be a really good practice that you can use before you enter any space,
Enhancing the lives of those around you and also just feeling really secure in yourself and your interactions that you have with others.
So start to focus on the breath here,
Breathing in and out through your nose if that's comfortable for you.
As you do this really just allow your shoulders to drop down and back away from the ears,
Let them soften down and relax.
Maybe have your palms face up towards the sky.
This is a gesture of openness,
Of receiving.
Allow your breathing to drop into your belly.
So stomach will rise and fall with each and every breath that you take,
Really breathing from your diaphragm,
Expanding into the sides of waist,
Rib cage.
Really nice full rounded breath here to help us ground down.
If ever you drift off,
Just gently bring yourself back to your breath,
Relaxing your shoulders once more,
Finding presence where you are.
I'm beginning to use mantra as a way to connect to our best selves.
I'll invite you to begin repeating silently and internally in your mind,
Just gently to yourself.
May my energy soothe,
May my energy brighten,
May my energy be a reflection of me.
May my energy soothe,
May my energy brighten,
May my energy be a reflection of me.
May my energy soothe,
May my energy brighten,
May my energy be a reflection of me.
Just continuing that,
Repeating that to yourself.
Over time,
These phrases,
These affirmations,
They may change.
Getting faster or slower,
Louder or quieter in your mind.
You may find you just stick with one or alternate between the three.
However it shifts,
Just let it.
As you connect to silence and as you connect to what it is you need here today.
Breathe from your belly as you do this.
May my energy soothe,
May my energy brighten,
May my energy be a reflection of me.
Gently releasing those mantras from your mind.
Focus will draw back in towards the belly as you take a few deeper breaths from there.
Just noticing the effect that repeating those mantras had on your energy.
Notice if there are any changes,
Any shifts.
And then float a palm to rest over top of your heart.
Taking five deep breaths together here.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And final time,
Breathe in with me here and breathe out.
Taking this meditation with you into the rest of your day.
Pulling from it whenever you need.
Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up,
For creating space.
I hope you feel held.
I hope you feel supported.
I'll see you soon in your next meditation.
