Hey love and welcome to this meditation to help you get a little more calm.

So let's get set up.

You can sit or lie down,

Whatever feels best for you today.

Go ahead and close down your eyes.

Starting to take some deep breaths in and out through your nose.

Just allowing air to naturally flow into your body and then effortlessly letting it go.

Air flows in and then effortlessly let it go.

Breathing here nice and gentle and as you do this feel yourself start to become a little more grounded.

So lower half of the body gets heavy towards the floor,

Shoulders relax down and back,

Soften the jaw.

Watching each round of breath almost like a wave.

Letting it flow through you and let it feel really effortless,

Really natural.

Taking some time here to create a little bit of space between you and whatever is actively happening in your life.

As you inhale begin to say to yourself,

May I be calm.

And as you exhale just let that go.

Inhale saying to yourself,

May I be calm.

Exhale let it go.

Inhale may I be calm.

Exhale let it go.

May I be calm.

May I be calm.

May I be calm.

Staying just like that,

Repeating that mantra to yourself.

Letting it be an invitation for calm to enter your life.

May I be calm.

May I be calm.

May I be calm.

And then with every exhale just distancing yourself from that which may be causing you stress.

Focusing on your peace here.

Let everything else fall to the side.

I'll let you know when it's time to come back.

For now repeating silently and internally to yourself,

May I be calm.

Gently releasing that repetition if you haven't done so already.

Your next exhale will draw you back in.

And as you exhale just let go,

Feel yourself become really present in this moment.

Float a palm to rest over top of your heart.

Taking a moment to thank yourself for showing up,

For creating some inner space,

And for committing to calm,

For committing to your best self.

I hope you feel held.

I hope you feel supported as you move into the rest of your day.
