Hey love and welcome to this meditation for when you're experiencing change.

So go ahead sit or lie down wherever you can be most comfortable.

We're going to get straight into it by gently closing down our eyes if that feels comfortable.

Otherwise just have your gaze resting downward slightly.

Eyes can stay open.

Wherever you're at just feel yourself ground down by taking a few deep breaths in and out through your nose.

Slowing the swirl in your mind.

Maybe just taking a moment to be with the emotions that you've been feeling or experiencing.

The emotions associated to this change.

Maybe it was abrupt,

Brought on all of the sudden without your permission or without your awareness.

Maybe it was slow,

Gradual.

Whether you saw it coming or whether it happened all at once.

Continue to stay with your breath.

Just breathing gently as you take what resonates and leave the rest.

Soaking up the wisdom that you need while tending to your own heart space.

While tending to your own heart space.

Abrupt change.

Don't resist it.

When you resist what's happening it's a waste of energy.

It can be a creative leak.

This is what's going on.

This is what's going on.

Underneath everything the soul is making sure you're moving on up.

You might not see where or how the challenge may bite but it's all for your expansion.

You just got to go with it.

Which means you cannot be in complaint about what's happening.

If life is giving it to you,

You can handle it.

This is what's going on.

And you just got to go with it.

I know that's tough.

I know it feels impossible.

I know that you may be going down kicking and screaming with a fight.

But can you drop all your defenses?

Letting this meditation be a place where you can soften.

You're safe.

You're understood.

You're not afraid.

Your emotions are valid.

Can you soften?

Even if only in this space,

If only in this meditation.

Can you tread lightly?

Bringing lightness.

To this situation.

To this conversation.

Breathing.

Allowing your breath to bring waves of resolve.

Waves of comfort.

Soothing those parts of you that feel anxious.

Those parts of you that feel overwhelmed or stressed.

Can you lean towards acceptance?

As you just sit and breathe.

Give yourself some time.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Continue like that.

Waves of gentleness.

Waves of softening.

Riding the breath.

Until you reach a place of acceptance.

Of understanding.

It may take a while,

That's okay.

Start where you are.

Right now is a beautiful place to begin.

Ride the waves of your breath.

Until you're resting.

In silence.

Remind yourself when you need to.

This is what's going on.

Just gotta roll with it.

I'll let you know when it's time to come back out.

And if you've drifted off,

Come back.

Place both hands to rest over top of your heart.

Take a slow breath in.

And a slow breath out.

As you move your hands back and forth.

Move gently into the rest of your day.

Into this transitional haze.

Try not to battle with reality.

So that you may soften.

And eventually find a way through.

For creating inner space during this time.

May you feel held.

And may you feel supported.
