To reconnect with your inner light as we are all managing so much as human beings at this time as our world is shifting and we're inundated with so many things from news cycles to personal challenges,
Professional challenges,
You name it.
Health is number one and our emotional,
Mental,
Physical,
It is all connected.
So with this in mind let's take a few moments to prioritize yourself above all.
Find a comfortable place.
Feel free to either sit or to lie down.
Trying to keep your back straight.
You can extend your legs in front of you.
Whatever is most comfortable for you in this moment and whatever position allows you to free your mind sooner.
And gently take a moment to close your eyes and together let's start by taking three deep breaths.
Gently inhale through your nose all the way in.
Hold your breath at the top just a moment and release through your mouth.
Same thing,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Breathing into your belly without lifting your shoulders.
Hold for just a moment at the top and release your breath.
Noticing your body begin to relax.
One more time,
Deep breath in.
Filling up,
Filling up.
Pausing at the top and letting go.
And now with your eyes closed continue following your breath in through the nose.
Feeling the expansion in your belly as you breathe in.
And just breathe normally now.
No need to hold at the top.
And notice how you feel with each breath.
Slightly more at ease.
More grounded.
Feeling the weight of your body.
Grounding into the earth beneath you.
If you're lying down feel your ankles fall open.
Your feet rather.
Your shoulders relaxed.
Your neck.
Your breath is coming in like a wave.
Breathing in calm,
Peaceful,
Centered energy.
And as you breathe out you're sharing this energy with the rest of your body.
Feeling this sense of peace.
Filling your entire physical vessel.
All cells in your body.
From your pinky toes all the way up through the arches of your feet.
Tops of your feet.
Ankles moving upward.
And allowing this wave of tranquility to pass through you.
Just like water.
Like air.
Filling your entire body.
Moving up through the legs.
Your hips.
Pelvis.
Small of your back.
Abdomen.
This sense of calm stability.
Until it fills your entire body.
Up your shoulders.
Your neck.
Your temples.
Your chin.
Your entire body.
Filling with this quiet,
Calm,
Loving.
If any thoughts drift in,
Simply allow them to pass through without judgment.
Returning to your breath.
This gentle wave and flow of breath in.
Expansion.
And release.
Breathing out any tension in your body.
Breathing out any emotions that you may have been.
Feeling lately that have taken you away from inner peace and bliss.
Anything you wish to release,
You are doing with your exhale.
And staying in this place for a few moments now.
Following your breath.
Allowing drifting thoughts to pass through and leave.
And really focusing on the gentle expansion.
Letting go of all that is not this present moment.
Releasing fear,
Stress,
Anything that has been on your mind lately.
Anything that has occupied a space within you.
Feeling this light,
Calm,
Confidence.
This inner knowing and understanding of who you truly are inherently.
As a soul.
As a person.
Free from any obstacles.
Free from any negative thoughts,
Negative energies that have influenced you.
And replacing them with light,
Prosperity,
Stillness,
Joy,
Pleasure,
Peace.
Reminding yourself that all is well.
That we are creators of our reality.
That miracles happen as we release all that prevents us from believing.
That we feel what is real now.
The ease with which we allow ourselves to receive blessings and to share this beautiful energy with the world through freedom of expression.
Through being the love you are.
Integrating the knowledge that you are worthy.
You are divine.
Everything is working out even when you have moments of doubt.
We return to this loving energy.
We trust.
We know.
We invite.
We receive.
Continue for a few moments breathing in light.
Replacing any obstacles with this gorgeous,
Radiant energy.
Embracing this stillness.
Continuing to follow your breath.
You are light.
You are love.
You are safe.
You are protected.
For just a few more breaths,
Continue.
Feeling fully this beautiful vibration flowing from you,
Through you.
And very gently,
Begin to come back into your body.
Gently moving.
Your wrists,
Ankles,
Toes,
Fingers,
Whatever feels natural here.
Feel free to take a nice big stretch.
Maybe yawn.
Taking this energy with you through your day,
Through your evening,
Through your morning.
Whatever it is for you,
It is always here for you.
