Connecting to your essence which is pure love.
As you breathe deeply here imagine in your mind's eye a bright and warm light surrounding your entire body creating a shield of love around you.
This light may have a color or it may simply be golden or white.
Visualize this light as a glowing bubble that expands with every breath you take extending a few inches beyond your physical body.
This light is an energetic bubble of love containing your energy and ensuring only that of the frequency of unconditional love may pass within this boundary.
Take a moment to experience yourself completely immersed surrounded in this shield of love.
Take a few breaths here as you rest connecting to this loving part of yourself.
Now we call into awareness your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance to come and be with you now.
Your higher selves,
Angels,
Masters of light.
Visualize yourself resting in a serene place and feel the tranquility of this place knowing that you are safe and supported.
As you feel the presence of your team and spirit know that they are here to support you and guide you as you move through your day.
We invite your higher self to lead you with your inner wisdom and intuition.
Reminding you that all you have to do is tap into your heart.
Come back to this bubble of love.
Your energy will be recharged as you tap into your higher self's presence within you.
