Welcome to this quick morning energy boost meditation.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and sigh the breath out through your mouth.
Repeat this again,
Taking the breath in through your nose and releasing the breath through your mouth.
It feels okay to do so and close your eyes or lower your gaze now.
Sit or stand tall,
Feeling your spine lengthening from your tailbone all the way to the crown of your head.
As you breathe in,
Imagine golden light filling your body with energy.
As you exhale,
Feel yourself becoming more alert,
More awake,
More alive as you connect to your vital energy source here and now.
Take a few moments connecting to this golden light as you inhale,
Feeling that alertness and aliveness as you exhale.
Roll your shoulders gently now,
Noticing how it feels in the shoulders and around the neck.
On your next inhale,
Notice how it feels to be in your body.
Gently bring your fingertips to your face,
Tapping your face gently,
Awakening your skin,
Awakening to the sensation of touch here.
Now as you breathe deeply,
Stretch your arms over your head,
Feeling expansion and lengthening throughout the top half of your body.
On your next exhale,
Gently lower the arms down and notice the energy flowing freely through your body now.
Notice the process of your energy awakening within you as you prepare for your day,
Connected to this limitless source of energy.
In your own time,
Take three deep breaths,
Drawing the breath in through your nose,
Sighing the breath out through your mouth.
After your third exhale,
Gently open your eyes.
You are energised,
You are alert,
You are connected to the source within you,
And you are ready to start this day.
