Transcript
Welcome to your meditation for organ health.
Our internal worlds are often overlooked in favour of the external,
But our organs,
Our internal landscape,
Also holds emotions,
Energies,
Tensions.
In recognising all that our body and our organs do for us,
We come into a greater connection with ourself as a whole,
Recognising how on a physical level our body is our best friend and opening up to a greater sense of love and wellbeing within the self.
This organ healing meditation will move through the body,
Allowing time to rest,
Reset and send love to each of your beautiful organs.
And in the end we will come into a space of wholeness,
Having connected fully to all of our physical self.
Let's begin.
Coming to find a comfortable seat or perhaps lying down,
Knowing that you can move at whatever point feels comfortable in this meditation.
You have full autonomy here.
And if you feel comfortable,
Maybe gently closing down the eyes and bringing your hands to your body,
To wherever feels good,
Wherever needs a little holding,
A little more love.
Inhaling deeply,
And exhaling,
Softening into where you are holding,
Softening into the palm of your hand.
And in your own time,
Your next exhale,
Just noticing as you breathe in a wave of white light,
Up from your feet,
Through to the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Just noticing as this wave of white light washes down through the body,
Out the bottom of the feet,
And away.
With each inhale of this white light,
Just noticing as this wave cleanses,
Moving through each and every cell,
Filling all of you with love,
Compassion,
Trust.
And with every exhale,
Just noticing as it gently dislodges,
Releases,
Helps you to let go of any tension,
Memories,
Thoughts,
Energies.
Inhaling this wave of white light,
Filling yourself with compassion.
And exhaling as each of your cells release that which is non-compassion.
In your own time,
Taking one more big inhale.
And exhaling,
Just noticing as your shoulders,
Spine,
Hips,
Feet grow heavy as you sink down into the earth,
The earth that is always rising to meet you.
You are so held by your body.
You are so held by the earth.
You are so held by the heavens.
Allow yourself to rest in this space between feminine earth,
Masculine heaven.
Held between both,
Held by your body.
Inhaling deeply,
Acknowledging this holdedness.
And exhaling,
Seeing if you can soften into it that little bit more.
And on your next inhale,
Just bringing your attention,
Your energy to your brain.
If you can,
Perhaps observing from just outside,
Staying detached.
Observing your brain space,
The energy that makes up the matter,
That makes up the physicality of you.
And from just outside,
Notice how busy it is.
How productive,
How proactive.
How well and fast it follows your synapses and neurons.
How it filters messages from throughout the entire body.
How it regulates,
How it helps you to think,
To see,
To balance,
To know.
And just observing all of this energy from just outside.
What colour do you see in this space,
In this particular organ?
What would you like to say to this particular organ?
What would you like,
With its permission,
To release from it?
With love and compassion and understanding that it was always doing its utter best for you?
Inhaling that white light into this space now,
Filling it up with love and compassion.
Exhaling,
Allowing this exhale to collect everything you wish to release,
All the little particles.
Allow them to just move up and out the top of your head,
Letting go completely.
Perhaps doing this one more time,
And just noticing how you feel.
Allowing your attention to melt away from the head,
As it softens and perhaps feels clearer.
And just moving down the gentle organism of your body and coming to your heart,
The centre left of your chest.
Just noticing your breathing as you arrive here.
And once again,
Bringing all your attention,
Your focus to your heart,
But just outside,
Just observing.
And notice how studiously it pumps blood,
It oxygenates,
It circulates through the body,
It keeps you alive.
No matter how you're feeling,
No matter what you're doing,
It's always doing its very best for you.
And just observing your heart,
Perhaps feeling it pump even now.
What colour do you see here?
What would you like to say to it?
What would it like to say to you,
With love and compassion?
And what,
If anything,
Would you like to release from this space?
What is not true?
And once again,
Inhaling that white light.
Filling with love,
Compassion and understanding all that which you wish to release.
And exhaling,
Just noticing as all the particles wash away out your body,
Out the front of your chest and away.
Perhaps you'd like to do this a second time.
Just noticing how you feel.
With no attachment or judgement,
Just giving thanks to the heart.
And moving backwards a little bit into your beautiful body.
And coming to sit with the lungs.
Once again,
Bringing all of your attention and focus to your lungs.
And yet sitting just outside.
Staying that bit detached,
Just observing.
Seeing how big and beautiful your lungs are.
How your capillaries are like the roots or bare branches of a tree.
How they enable you to breathe in life.
How they love you so.
And just noticing if you had to pick what colour you would give your lungs.
And just noticing from this detached perspective what you would say to your lungs.
That breathe you life.
What they might say to you with love and compassion.
And just noticing if anything is coming to the surface that would like to be released.
That isn't for your lungs' optimum purpose.
Perhaps a little sadness,
A little grief.
Which is known to collect here.
Just observing and honouring.
And whenever you're ready in your own time,
Inhaling that cleansing,
Healing white light.
Into all of your lungs.
Your windpipe,
Your bronchioles.
And exhaling with compassion and love.
Anything they may be ready to release.
And watching each particle float away out the front of your chest.
And letting it go.
And perhaps doing this once more in your own time.
And just noticing how you feel.
With love and compassion.
Moving your energy,
Focus and attention.
Having said thank you to your lungs.
Gently down towards the liver.
The right hand side of your upper abdomen.
And just noticing from an outside perspective all that it does.
Cleaning,
Metabolising.
How hard it works.
How often it goes unthought.
And just noticing what colour you might give to your liver.
What you might say to it.
What it might say to you with love and compassion.
And just noticing if anything arises to the surface that would like to be let go of.
Any thoughts,
Tensions,
Energies.
In particular perhaps around anger.
Which is known to collect here.
And inhaling deeply this white light.
Filling each and every cell of your beautiful liver.
And exhaling.
Noticing as the particles release.
Out and away.
And doing this again in your own time if you like.
And just noticing how you feel.
Giving thanks to your liver.
And gently moving sideways towards the centre.
Towards your stomach.
Again just noticing.
All that it does for you each day.
Breaking down.
Absorbing.
Feeding you.
Noticing a colour.
If there is one.
Noticing what you would love to say to your stomach.
What it might love to say back.
With love and compassion.
And allowing to rise to the surface any tension.
Thoughts.
Energies.
Emotions that may be coming up.
It's known to hold worry.
Anxiety.
As well as a myriad of emotions.
So just noticing.
And filling your stomach.
Washing each and every cell with this white light.
Of love and compassion.
Exhaling and allowing this to leave out the front of your body.
Taking with it anything that your stomach no longer needs to carry.
And once again in your own time.
And giving thanks to your stomach.
Perhaps just noticing how it feels.
Coming to move your energy,
Focus and attention towards the back of your body.
The back of your lower ribs where your kidneys sit.
And just noticing.
Perhaps just noticing.
And just noticing.
From an outside perspective.
All that they do.
Filtering.
Cleaning.
Releasing.
If you had to give them a colour.
What would you give them?
What would you love to say to them?
What would they love to say to you with love and compassion?
And letting anything rise to the surface.
Tension.
Emotion.
Energy.
That they would love to release.
Perhaps around fear.
But this is a space where fear is known to collect in the body.
Inhaling deeply this white light.
Filling your kidneys with love and compassion and understanding.
And exhaling deeply.
Letting this wash away out the back of the body.
And one more time in your own time.
Just noticing how you feel.
Having your body love.
Thanking your kidneys.
And gently bringing your attention down to your large and small intestine.
Bringing all your focus,
Energy and attention here.
And yet observing from outside.
Remaining detached.
And just recognise all the processing it does for you.
The absorbing,
The releasing.
If you had to give it a colour.
What colour?
If you had to say something.
Or receive something.
What might those be?
And just noticing if any emotions,
Tensions or thoughts come to the surface.
With love and compassion.
Filling your small and large intestine with white light.
And on your next exhale,
Allowing this exhale to release from all sides of the body.
And doing so again in your own time if that feels right.
And how do you feel?
And bringing your attention now down to your bladder.
Bringing all your energy,
Focus and attention to this area of the body that releases waste.
That keeps you healthy.
That balances your hydration.
And just noticing what colour you would give this area.
And observing externally.
Just noticing all the processes it does for you unbidden.
And just notice what you might say to it.
What it might say to you with love and compassion.
Allowing anything it might like to release to come up and forward.
Again,
Usually worry is associated with this area.
And in your own time,
Inhaling that wave of white light directly into your bladder.
And exhaling,
Allowing this wave of white light to pick up each and every particle that is ready to leave.
And watching them as they go.
And once more in your own time if that feels right.
And just noticing how you feel.
And just bringing your attention to just outside your body observing yourself as a whole.
Noticing how each cell,
Hormone,
Organ,
Muscle,
Fibre,
Gland works together unbidden ceaselessly in the pursuit of keeping you happy,
Whole and healthy.
You are a walking miracle.
You are forever with your bestest friend.
You are so loved endlessly regardless of who you are,
What you do,
How you feel today.
And sending love to this entirety of you.
This beautiful breathing garden of you.
Filling yourself your body,
Your organs with love and compassion and gratitude for all they do for you.
For all you are without even trying.
And inhaling this white light filling yourself with that love with that recognition.
And exhaling allowing anything left to release down and out the bottom of the feet.
You are whole.
You are endlessly loved.
You are so looked after.
Allowing that to settle in your heart and in yourself.
And taking a big inhale exhaling audibly,
Shaking out the body a little maybe gently moving the head from side to side maybe moving the fingers and the toes.
And if you are not already coming to sit upright perhaps with your eyes still closed bringing your arms around you holding yourself with all the compassion and care knowing that your body regardless of how you feel in this moment is holding you with a million times more compassion and care and it always is it always will.
Breathing into your wholeness exhaling in your own time gently coming to blink your eyes open.
My body and I send you and your body so much love.
Thank you for being here.

Beautiful meditation, thank you. The only thing I would add is that the Thyroid gland isn't included and with many of us suffering with under and overactive thyroids, it would be amazing to include this here β¨β¨β¨
