Amazing thank you I felt really calm and connected.

When I opened the door, I saw the night sky across the door, like the milky-way bathing in darkness. The night sky entered the room, came to me and merged "in me" right away (like you described at the end of the meditation, only it happened for me right at the beginning). There was no figure to look at as I, the night sky, was the only figure and thing sitting in the room.

The emotion I felt was pure joy/excitement, like electricity sparkling off from my kidneys through my whole body. The emotions departing from me were a few small butterflies in my hands, they were almost invisible, as though I were empty handed. I was so sad that they were leaving: "Why do you have to go? You loved me so much, and I love you so much!"

This was the most intense meditation I ever experienced.
