Hello,

And welcome back for our second meditation together.

Please take some time to get into a relaxed and comfortable seated position.

You can sit on a chair or on the floor with your spine straight and your hands comfortably on your lap or on your knees.

Gently close your eyes and relax.

Observe the dark space behind your eyelids.

Notice what color it is and if there is any movement.

Go deeply inside of yourself.

If any thoughts or feelings come up while you are meditating,

That's perfectly okay.

You don't need to follow them.

You can let them pass like you would allow clouds to pass on a bright sunny day.

If you find that you've started to follow a thought,

That's also okay.

Just come back to the sound of my voice or the music.

Listen to the sounds around you.

First notice if there are any sounds in the distance and then bring your awareness closer and closer,

Moving from one sound to another until you are aware of the sounds in the room that you are sitting in.

Focus on just hearing the sounds,

Not trying to identify or think about them.

Just listen to the quality of the noises one at a time and then let them go.

Listen now.

Listen to the sound of your breath flowing in and out of your body.

Listen for the rhythm of your beating heart and if you can't audibly hear that,

Then feel into your chest for its vibration.

Don't worry if you're not able to hear or sense the movement of your heartbeat.

This will become easier the more you practice.

Listen for the silence beyond all the sounds now.

Really settle into the space around you and notice the weight of your body being supported by the surfaces below you.

Feel how your feet are connected with and supported by the floor.

Feel how your hands lie in your lap.

Scan your body for any points of discomfort or tension and breathe into those spaces to release it.

You can relax now.

It's time for you to let go and to be in your body,

Mind and spirit,

Connecting all three of these with intention.

Can you smell any smells in the room?

What is the quality of the air?

What is its temperature?

Is it cooler going in through your nose than it is coming out?

Are there any flavors in your mouth right now?

There is nothing for you to do in this moment other than be.

Just be.

You have come to sit with yourself in meditation.

This time is 100% for you.

Your relationship to yourself is what determines your relationship to all other beings.

It is the cornerstone to everything in the universe.

When we truly know and love ourselves exactly as we are,

We are giving ourselves permission to release old beliefs which no longer serve us and move into a new evolved version.

You are giving yourself the greatest gift possible by healing and releasing.

This work will be a blessing to both yourself and everyone around you.

In this meditation,

You will have the opportunity to understand what you feel about yourself and to release some feelings that no longer serve you.

Get this as your intention now.

We are going to take some deep breaths now to clear the energy of whatever you were doing before you came to sit with yourself.

You will breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

All together.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Wonderful.

Now,

Let your breathing relax into its normal rhythm.

Focus into the gratitude that you can sense when you realize that your breath is always present and always working with and for you.

Your breath is your ever-loving companion and accessible at any time you choose.

Focus your natural breathing now towards the space where the weight of your body rests,

Below the base of your spine,

Right at your coccyx,

At your root.

This is where you will find your sense of belonging.

Breathe into your root.

Let it soften and gently expand on your breath,

Taking in nourishment and life-force energy.

Imagine this part of you connecting down into the ground below,

Deep into the earth.

Visualize in this area a bright red light the size of an apple.

Feel its warmth glowing like a bright ember.

This light is deeply empowering,

Embodying,

Grounding.

You feel completely present in this moment.

In the here and now,

Say to yourself,

I am here.

I have a right to be here as I am.

The earth and the entirety of existence supports me.

The simple fact that I exist proves that I belong here exactly as I am.

I am safe.

It is safe to be who I came here to be.

It is safe to be who I already am.

When you are ready,

Allow your awareness and the sphere to move up towards your belly in the area just below your navel.

This is where your senses of emotional intelligence,

Choice,

Creativity,

Movement,

Desire and pleasure are held in your body.

Breathe into this space.

Let it gently soften and expand on your breath,

Taking in nourishment and life-force energy.

Here you can imagine the sphere changing to the color orange,

The color of the setting sun.

As you bathe this area with the orange light,

You can feel a sense of balancing,

Empowerment and motivation.

As you focus on this light,

Say to yourself,

I honor my needs.

I allow myself to be nourished.

I have permission to enjoy my life.

My needs and preferences and boundaries are as they are for a specific purpose and that is desired by existence.

When you are ready,

Allow the light to move up your body to the soft area below your breast bone,

To your solar plexus.

This is where your personal power lies.

Breathe into this space.

Allow your solar plexus to soften and expand with your breath.

Visualize this light of the orb shifting from orange to a golden yellow,

The color of bright sunshine.

Bathe your solar plexus with this sunshine,

Replenishing,

Restoring,

Nurturing.

Let this area bask in light and say to yourself,

I value myself.

I am enough.

I am more than enough.

I am worthy.

The simple fact that I exist proves my worthiness.

I am worth my weight in gold.

I can surrender into being me.

When you are ready,

Allow the light to continue up the center of your body to the center of your chest,

Straight to your heart,

Your chakra of self-development and unconditional love.

Gently breathe into your heart space,

Letting it soften and expand on your breath.

As you do,

The light changes to an alive green color,

The color of spring,

Of freshly budding leaves.

Let this heart area be soaked in the light of nourishment,

Renewal,

Rebirth and healing.

Say to yourself,

I am greatly loved.

The very fact that I exist proves that I am completely loved and accepted by existence exactly as I am.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

I am nourished by the power of love.

I am able to choose love over fear.

I am filled with courage.

Next,

You can allow your light orbit awareness to move up to the center of your neck and throat.

It is here that you find your voice and personal expression.

As your throat begins to soften,

The orb transforms again to become the color of a clear warm sky,

Bright blue.

Breathe the ease of the sky into your throat and allow it to clear,

Open and soften.

Let this blue radiance warm your throat area to freely express yourself and your creativity and inspirations.

Say to yourself,

I hear and speak my truth.

I express myself freely.

I allow myself to go with the flow of life.

When following my highest excitement,

I am allowing source energy to flow through me in accordance to the will of a higher power.

When you are ready,

Let the light move up to your forehead until it rests between your eyebrows to your third eye.

Here is the seat of your wisdom and intuition.

As the light turns to a beautiful velvety indigo,

Allow this area to soften and expand as you breathe into it.

Let your third eye as well as the space behind it,

The pineal gland,

To be completely saturated in this indigo light.

Your deeper knowledge is activated and you have clarity,

Balance,

Insight,

Understanding and compassion.

Let your third eye feel recharged and soothed by this indigo.

Say to yourself,

Everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

Everything is already perfect.

Now you allow the orb of light to rise again,

This time moving to the top of your head where you would wear a crown.

This is the area of your body where you can perceive of all as one.

The light finishes its cycle now and turns a vibrant violet.

Gently invite this violet light to softly bathe your crown area,

Balancing,

Restoring,

Harmonizing you.

Let your crown take what it needs.

Say to yourself,

I am one with the universe.

I am one with all.

Everything I can perceive in my experience is me and is benevolently working for me and my expansion,

Whether I can understand and remember that or not.

I am one with all beings.

When you are ready,

Come back to yourself as a whole.

Listen again to the ebb and flow of your breath.

Hear how it continues to move in and out of your lungs and nostrils.

Come back to your center.

Breathe into your core.

Now say to yourself,

I am whole.

I am perfect just as I am.

Allow the energy of these words to bathe your body,

Mind,

Emotions,

Spirit and take what you need.

And in your own time,

Become aware of the air on the surface of your body.

Become aware of the sounds around you,

Near and in the distance.

Become aware of any smells you can perceive,

Of the weight of your body sitting in this room,

On this chair.

Become aware of any tastes in your mouth and become aware of the being that has been aware of all of these sensations.

We'll take three deep breaths together again now through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

Notice how you feel.

Hold yourself with loving kindness for the beautiful,

Unique being that you are.

When you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.
