Kali is a strong warrior goddess of revolution. She helps us remove self doubt, worry, fear, and replace it with strength. When evoked, Kali encourages us to release negativity and find our warrior selves.

Thank you for joining me for this Kali meditation.

Kali is a strong warrior goddess of the Hindu pantheon.

She is the goddess of revolution.

She is the goddess that helps us remove self-doubt and worry and fear.

She is the goddess that encourages us to stand up for ourselves,

To become a warrior,

To find the revolution in our own life.

So today in our meditation,

We are going to invoke Kali to help us release any negativity,

Any self-doubt and find our warrior selves.

So start by becoming comfortable.

Find a place where you can sit up tall and strong and allow your eyes to gently close.

Begin to simply bring awareness to your breath flowing in and out.

Beautiful.

And begin to picture yourself sitting up tall,

Strong,

Those sits bones rooting and supported by the earth as you lift your crown towards the sky.

And in front of you,

Begin to picture the goddess Kali sitting with you.

Sitting with you.

See her luminous black blue skin,

Her beautiful piercing almond shaped eyes,

Her long flowing dark hair,

Her strong arms.

And picture her sitting in front of you with a light around her.

It's a beautiful golden light.

And as she sits with you,

Her light begins to grow,

Becomes bigger and bigger,

Eventually encasing you and your body in this beautiful light,

In this warmth,

In this glow.

Now begin to reflect on what it is you may want to release.

Is there a situation where you're doubting yourself?

Is there somewhere that you have some fear?

Perhaps there is a worry.

Begin to picture this situation and feel these sensations in the body.

And as you do,

Take a big,

Deep breath in,

Letting it out.

And as you breathe out,

This light of Kali's begins to absorb this self-doubt.

This beautiful golden light absorbs the fear.

It absorbs that stress and that worry.

Allow Kali's light to help you release what is no longer serving you.

Allow that light to just absorb the negativity that you no longer need.

And as this happens,

As this self-doubt and worry are breathed out of your body and absorbed by Kali,

Picture it being replaced.

Picture that light traveling into the body and replacing these emotions,

These feelings,

These worries,

These self-doubts with strength.

Picture that light turning you in to a beautiful warrior god.

Picture yourself having the strength that you need.

You are a warrior.

You are strong.

You are Kali.

And notice what that feels like in the body.

What does it feel like in your physical body to be a strong Kalima warrior?

And try to seal that in.

Seal in those sensations of strength,

Of warrior goddess,

With your back strong and tall.

See yourself strong.

See yourself as Kali.

And any time today when you need a reserve of strength,

Remember that you can close your eyes and allow Kali and her light to help you remove what you don't need and replace it with strength,

With warrior goddess energy.

So for now,

Just begin to slowly reawaken,

Perhaps blinking those eyes open and taking a stretch.
