Hello and thank you for joining me for this solar plexus chakra meditation.
So the solar plexus is the chakra that is a little bit above the sacral so it's a little bit above the belly button but below the rib cage.
The solar plexus chakra is our internal fire.
It's our energy center.
It's our confidence.
It's our strength.
So today we're going to just tune that up a little bit and we are going to ask for help to strengthen that internal fire.
So start here by becoming comfortable.
Closing those eyes,
Finding a place you can rest and you won't be disturbed for a few moments.
And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness down to that solar plexus chakra and in your mind's eye begin to envision this bright yellow ball,
This bright yellow globe where that chakra is.
Picture this spinning and moving.
Picture this yellow globe pulsing strong and bright and begin to picture this globe,
This yellow ball just growing within you.
And as you rest here with this yellow ball of lights,
This beautiful solar plexus chakra,
I want you to envision this growing bigger and bigger.
Envision this yellow light filling your whole body.
Envision this yellow light starting to make its way out,
Almost enclosing you in an egg of yellow solar plexus light,
This strength,
Confidence.
And as you rest here,
Begin to picture our celestial sun,
This bright yellow globe in the sky.
And if you can't see it,
If there are some clouds in the way for you or anything else,
Just let that blockage float away,
Allowing a beautiful blue sky with a perfect yellow sun.
Now for today,
We are going to connect our solar plexus chakra to our sun.
So let's picture our solar plexus chakra starting to reach up to our celestial sun,
Reaching up towards that fire.
So maybe this looks like roots or a cord,
But picture your solar plexus reaching up and connecting to our beautiful sun.
And as you reach up through the cosmos and as you connect,
Imagine that sun sending down its energy to you.
This fire,
This heat,
This big energy,
This confidence,
This ability to shine,
This ability to clear away blockages and to give warmth and light to everything.
Picture those qualities of the sun making its way down and filling your solar plexus.
Imagine what that would be like if your internal energy center,
Your solar plexus,
Was filled with the energy,
The strength,
The warmth,
The vitality of the sun.
And allow that to happen.
Allow the sun to share its brightness with you,
Filling you up,
Recharging your solar plexus chakra.
And once the sun has sent down all of the energy you need,
Once it's energetically refilled your solar plexus,
Allow yourself to rest in this state of warm confidence.
Allow yourself to just shine bright here for a few moments.
Beautiful job today,
