In this meditation, you will be guided to relax the physical body and invited to intuitively envision your chakras as they are now. Then using a visualized template of your optimal chakras you’ll be invited to align and cleanse the chakras.

Hello,

Meditator.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation to help clean and align the chakras.

So let's start today by getting the physical body comfortable.

You can sit or lie down.

You want a space where you won't be disturbed and you'll be able to rest for the next few minutes.

So making any adjustments you need to get that physical body nice and comfortable and cozy.

A relaxed body is the perfect vessel for a relaxed mind.

So as you become comfortable,

Just allow your eyes to start to close.

Allow your breath to become soft and rhythmic,

Tapping into the rhythm of the inhale and exhale.

And as you rest here,

Begin to see yourself in your mind's eye.

See yourself resting just as you are now in as much detail as possible.

And as you rest here,

I'd like you to start to envision your chakras.

And this practice is an intuitive practice.

So I want you to just trust what you see.

So starting to see the chakras,

The red root,

The orange sacral,

Yellow solar plexus,

Green heart,

Blue throat,

The purple third eye,

And the violet or white crown.

I want you to see them shining within your body.

And start to notice if they're aligned or if one is off to the left or right.

Start to notice if they're all bright or if some of them seem a bit dim.

Notice what colors or shades they are.

Notice the movement in the chakras.

Are they moving or are they still or do they seem fast or sluggish?

And again,

This is an intuitive practice.

Trust yourself.

But see if you can envision and tap in to what your chakras are doing in your body right now.

Good.

And then just above or in front of you,

I want you to see an outline of yourself,

Almost as if someone made a template of your physical body.

And in that template,

I want you to see your chakras as they would be if they were optimal.

I want you to see your chakras in that template perfectly aligned.

I want you to see all of them shining bright.

A glittery red,

A beautiful orange,

A perfect yellow,

A lovely green,

A vibrant blue,

A wonderful purple,

And just a perfect violet or white.

I want you to see these chakra points.

I want you to see them swirling and looking absolutely perfect.

And once you can see that in your mind's eye,

Take that template and let it just place right over your body.

And as that template washes over you,

Almost like a blanket,

I want your chakras to immediately align and combine with the chakras in the template.

Letting that template bring your chakras into an optimal condition,

Aligned,

Glowing beautifully,

Moving perfectly for you.

And see that now in your body.

Envision that in your mind's eye,

That red root,

Orange sacral,

Yellow solar plexus,

Green heart,

Blue throat,

Purple third eye,

And that violet or white crown.

See those chakras perfectly aligned,

Moving at the perfect speed,

Your chakras at the perfect frequency for you.

And just take a moment here to bask in this,

Bask in this feeling that you,

Your body,

Your energetic body,

Your physical body,

You are aligned,

You are optimal,

You are perfect,

Good.

And then when you're ready,

Just start to gently come back to the here and now.

Maybe wiggling fingers or toes,

Maybe fluttering the eyes open.

And when you're ready,

Taking a bit of a stretch and letting yourself breathe and enjoy the day.
