Hello I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to this morning light activation for winter blues.

Take a moment just to settle in wherever you are.

Place both your feet on the ground and allow your hands to rest comfortably.

You can gently close your eyes or just soften your gaze.

We'll start by taking three deep breaths together.

Drawing the breath in through your nose and sighing the breath out through your mouth.

And again take a deep breath in.

Feel your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest expand.

And exhale through the mouth to release.

One more breath like this.

A deep breath in and a full breath out.

Just feeling yourself arriving here,

Arriving into this moment now.

Now gently bring your awareness to a golden light just above you.

This is the highest purest light available to you in this moment now.

This is the light that exists beyond the clouds.

Beyond the seasons.

It is the light that is always there,

Always available.

On your next inhale breathe this golden light down through the top of your head.

Feel it flowing down through your forehead.

Your eyes.

Your cheeks.

Breathing in light and breathing out any heaviness you might feel.

On your next inhale draw this radiant light down into your throat.

Into your heart center.

Allow it to pool in your heart space like liquid sunshine.

Breathing in vitality and breathing out fatigue.

Continue breathing this light down into your solar plexus.

Into your belly.

Notice as it fills every cell,

Every space within you.

As you breathe in energy,

Breathe out energy.

Breathing in brightness.

With every inhale you gather more of this light.

Let it anchor deeper into your body.

In this moment experience yourself calling in the energy that your body needs.

As you take your next breath feel this light settling into your bones,

Your blood,

Your nervous system.

When you're ready place one hand on your heart and set an intention to carry this inner light with you throughout your day.

Your body knows how to hold light.

Trust that this brightness stays with you.

When you're ready take one final deep breath in through the nose and release with a big sigh out through your mouth.

And gently open your eyes when you're ready.
