Welcome to these Affirmations for Holistic Wellbeing.
So give yourself a few moments to settle in wherever you are.
Find a position that feels comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
Allow your body to be really held and supported here.
And let the surface beneath you hold your weight completely.
We'll begin by taking a deep and slow breath in through the nose and gently exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Take a deep and slow breath in,
Filling the belly,
The ribs,
The chest.
And then exhaling softly,
Letting the shoulders drop,
The jaw relax and the breath gently to slow down.
If you haven't already done so,
Allow your eyes to close or just soften your gaze.
Gently allow your awareness to drift inward.
Start by noticing the rhythm of your natural breath,
The rise and fall of your chest.
With every breath,
We invite the body to gently soften.
And with every exhale,
We invite the mind to gently release.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to the space of your heart.
You may like to gently place one hand there,
Feeling the warmth of your own touch.
Reminding yourself that you are here and you are safe.
If you notice any tension in your body,
Gently invite yourself to relax.
Allow your forehead to soften,
The shoulders to gently melt away from the ears and the belly to relax as your breath deepens.
Start to imagine a soft light within you,
A gentle golden glow at the very centre of your being.
This light is the truth of who you are,
Steady,
Kind and whole.
As you breathe here,
Allow this light to grow,
Spreading through your chest,
Down your arms,
Into your hands,
Through your whole spine,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
Let this light remind you that you are safe in your body,
You are safe in your heart and you are safe in this moment now.
Invite you to gently open your awareness to receive the affirmations that follow.
Each sentence is a truth that already exists within you,
A remembering of your worth,
Your wholeness and your goodness.
There is nothing to fix and nowhere to get to.
You can simply allow yourself to breathe,
Allowing these words to gently be absorbed into your body,
Into your subconscious and into a new way of being.
I am inherently good and whole.
I am safe to be myself.
I am worthy of love and belonging.
I trust who I am.
I am enough.
I am proud of who I am.
I embody goodness and integrity.
I am free to shine exactly as I am.
My emotions are valid and valuable.
It is safe for me to feel all that I feel.
My feelings guide me with wisdom.
I welcome my emotions with compassion.
I honour every feeling as part of my healing.
I move through emotions with grace and ease.
I hold space for my inner experience with love.
My boundaries honour my truth.

I trust my inner guidance.

Just allowing yourself some time here to let the frequency of these affirmations settle into your body.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh the breath out through your mouth.

Resting in the truth of who you are.
