Breath & Sound Synchronisation
Optimal listening with headphones. This meditation is comprised of a brief narrated introduction followed by a sound journey. Allow your breath to be guided by the sounds. Each chord is approximately a five-second count (for breathing purposes). The higher-pitched chord is for the inhale and the lower pitch is for the exhale. Breathe, and relax.
