All right.
So go ahead and close your eyes.
And let's take a deep inhale together in through your nose.
And out through your nose.
This meditation is a body scan meditation where we will in turn explore our confidence and end with some affirmations on confidence.
Take your attention to the top of your head.
And take a deep inhale again in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Allow for your attention to go down in between your eyebrows,
Relaxing the space there where we hold tension from the world around us and thoughts that we have inside.
Allow your mind to trace to your temples and down to your jaw.
And let's relax our jaw.
Relax the tongue in your mouth.
Bring your attention down your neck,
Down your shoulders.
If you feel your shoulders are tight or if they're up towards your ears,
Go ahead and pull them down.
Relax your shoulders where we can feel a lot of tension and stress that build up.
Attention our mind to our heart,
Down to our belly,
And making our way to our hips.
I want us to take a deep inhale with our hips in through your nose.
And out your mouth.
So much tension is built up in our hips and we release them.
Taking our mind down our quads,
To our knees,
Our shins and our calves,
To our ankles,
And out our toes.
Use this opportunity to feel your body at peace,
Your body at ease.
Take an inhale with your body.
I want us to clear our mind as our mind still may have thoughts as we scan through our body,
Thinking of what we want to do,
Things we should have done,
What we might do after this meditation.
I want you to clear away the thoughts.
Let them wash away for just the next few minutes.
And with our mind clear,
Let's think about an area where you don't feel confident in your life.
List the reasons in your mind of why you do not feel confident.
Maybe you see yourself in a scenario where you don't feel this confidence.
How does that feel?
The feeling of being unconfident.
Let's take an inhale with that thought.
And now let's flip the script.
I want you to feel yourself in the same scenario or thought that you felt unconfident in.
And begin to feel yourself taking up more space,
Expanding yourself,
Growing your confidence.
People start to look at you differently.
They begin to talk to you and they're smiling at you.
They feel drawn to you and feel energized by the confidence you bring,
By simply honoring who you are.
Sit in that confidence.
Feel the confidence.
Take two deep long breaths with this confidence that fills your body.
Now listen and take hold of these affirmations.
I am confident.
I am confident in the person I am.
I am confident in the person I will become.
I am confident with what I offer to the world.
I am confident in the changes that I will make this month to becoming more confident than I ever thought I could.
My confidence manifests in everything around me.
My confidence attracts the people I want in my life.
Confidence is what I know myself to be and I know it to be true.
I am confident.
Take one last deep inhale,
Soaking in all of those affirmations that are true to you and who you are and who you will become.
Definitely you.
When you are ready,
You can take a few more breaths.
You can start moving your body and you can blink your eyes open and be ready to bring your confidence to yourself and to the world.
