Greetings everyone,
This is Jess with Jess Be Inspired.
In today's meditation,
We will connect with Ganesh's energy.
Ganesh is seen as the remover of obstacles.
He is considered the master of intellect and wisdom.
He represents the perfect balance between force and kindness,
Power and beauty,
Truth and illusion and new beginnings.
So let's connect now with Ganesh's energy.
Allowing yourself to get comfy wherever you are.
And simply breathe in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And on this next inhale if you can,
Gently close your eyes,
Breathing in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Now let's take a couple of nice long deep breaths.
By gently breathing in through your nose for the count of five.
And exhaling out through your nose for the count of six.
We'll do this three times together.
Slowly begin to breathe in through your nose for the count of five.
And gently letting that go to the count of six.
Two more times slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And gently letting that go to the count of six.
One last time slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And gently letting that go to the count of six.
Let's start by asking yourself,
What are the obstacles you are currently facing in the material realm?
Simply just breathing in those obstacles.
And honoring them and gently letting them go.
Now going into the physical realm.
Feeling any physical obstacles you may be facing at this moment.
Just honoring and feeling them in your physical body with every breath.
And gently letting that go.
And now any emotional obstacles that you might be feeling.
Letting yourself just feel them and releasing with every breath.
Now your mental obstacles,
Perhaps thoughts that you're holding on to,
Ideas that are no longer serving you.
And gently letting that go.
Now let's begin to ask ourself some questions to tap into our higher self.
Tell me some of your obstacles.
Be self-created.
Just allowing yourself to be the observer in this moment.
Which ones are illusions?
Which ones are real?
Being free of judgment.
What are these obstacles sharing with you?
What are they teaching you in this moment?
Now let's take this even further and begin to shift from our obstacles into a new sense of being.
Beginning by asking yourself what new things do you wish to bring in to your material realm?
Now breathing in to your physical realm.
What new things do you wish to bring in to your physical being?
And with every breath,
Feel them in your physical body entering.
Now beginning to ask yourself what new emotions do you wish to feel?
Feeling them with every breath.
And then even further,
What new thoughts or ideas do you wish to create?
And with every breath,
Feel them in your physical body.
Now just reminding yourself of who you are at your highest with some of these uplifting mantras.
I can thrive even in my obstacles.
My obstacles can serve as one of my greatest teachers.
I can be supported even in my obstacles.
Now I want you to plant an intention taking all of this beautiful energy that we have created here today a little deeper by asking yourself what is one intention that you would like to see unfold that can help support you in your obstacles?
Feeling clear on it.
Breathing in that intention to your heart.
Feeling it while breathing in the energy of Ganesh,
The remover of obstacles and new beginnings.
Planting that support and gently letting that go.
One last time planting that even deeper and gently release.
And whenever it feels ready,
You can open your eyes.
