Greetings everyone,
This is Jess with Jess Be Inspired and today's meditation is to help us shift into our personal transformation.
I hope that this meditation serves you well and keeps you staying inspired.
Wherever you are,
Allow yourself to get comfy,
Begin to settle in and take a nice long deep breath in through your nose and gently letting that breath go out through your mouth.
On this next inhale,
Softly close your eyes,
Breathing in through your nose and gently letting that breath go out through your mouth.
Settle in a little bit deeper by slowly breathing in for the count of five and gently letting that breath go out to the count of six.
Let's do that two more times,
Slowly breathing in for the count of five and gently letting that breath go out to the count of six.
One last time,
Slowly breathing in for the count of five and gently letting that breath go out to the count of six.
And now just let your breath float and flow like an ocean wave in and back out.
Letting your breath just float like this as we breathe in our intention for this meditation which is to help us emerge into our transformation.
Now allowing your breath just to breathe softly.
Let's begin to ask ourselves some sacred questions that speak to your transformation.
Beginning by asking yourself what patterns do you wish to transform?
Just breathing in all of those patterns,
Not judging,
Just simple awareness and exhaling them out.
And next ask yourself what patterns have you transformed?
And just honoring all those patterns that you have shifted and transformed in this moment.
Speak to your wellbeing,
Honoring them with every breath and every exhale.
And next ask yourself how do you wish to transform the way that you show up for yourself?
Letting every breath be an opportunity to show up for yourself even greater.
And lastly asking yourself how do you wish to transform the way that you see yourself?
Every breath see yourself in a new light.
And let's take this meditation even further by activating our third eye chakra.
I want you to begin to envision a beautiful butterfly dancing around you in this moment.
Seeing its beautiful bright colored wings.
And as this butterfly dances around you,
Become reminded of something deep in your heart.
This butterfly was once a caterpillar nourishing itself before it cocooned and emerged into this beautiful bright butterfly.
Now let's be inspired by this beautiful butterfly energy by using this mantra.
I emerge with new wings.
I emerge with new wings.
And silently just repeat this butterfly mantra.
I emerge with new wings.
And it's okay if the mantra becomes jumbled.
Connect to your emergence.
I emerge with new wings.
And I emerge with new wings.
Breathing in,
I emerge with new wings.
And exhaling that out letting it go.
And now let's seal in all of this transformation,
All of this emergence,
The butterfly's energy by planting an intention that speaks to our new beginning.
Taking that intention deep into your heart,
Breathing that in and gently letting that go.
One last time,
Breathing that in and gently letting that go.
Whenever it feels comfy,
You can go ahead and start to flutter your eyes open.
