Hello and welcome to this scripture mantra meditation taken from the book of Isaiah chapter 41.
Mantra meditations are a beautiful way to train our brain on what to look for.
In Isaiah 41 verse 10 we read,
Fear thou not,
For I am with thee.
Be not dismayed,
For I am thy God.
I will strengthen thee,
Yea I will help thee,
Yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
And then verse 13 says,
For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand,
Saying unto thee,
Fear not,
I will help thee.
When you find yourself in those moments of fear and worry about what is to come in the future,
I invite you to repeat and practice this mantra,
Fear not,
He will help me.
Remembering the Lord will hold your hand.
He will strengthen you,
Uphold you.
And when we practice these words,
Our mind can look for evidence to support how he is there.
So I'm going to give you a little bit of space to just repeat this phrase over and over in your mind.
Fear not,
He will help me.
Fear not,
He will help me.
Continue to repeat that.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just bring it back to our phrase,
Fear not,
He will help me.
Go ahead and repeat that three more times with your breath if you'd like.
On your inhale thinking fear not.
On your exhale thinking he will help me.
Good.
Notice how your body feels in this moment.
Become aware of what thoughts came to mind as you were repeating fear not,
He will help me.
Invite you,
If you'd like,
To put one or two hands on your chest.
Let a smile come to your face as you choose hope and belief that he will help you.
You can use this mantra anytime you need.
The more you practice it,
The more your mind will look for ways to support how he is helping you.
Thank you for joining me in this mantra meditation today.
Sending you love and gratitude.
Namaste.
