And welcome to this guided affirmation meditation.
This is an affirmation to use if you are in a season of life that is really full.
Maybe it's full of beautiful,
Wonderful,
Busy things,
Or maybe it's full of really big,
Hard things that are taking your time.
The affirmation is,
I am built for this.
To practice this affirmation,
All you have to do is close your eyes,
If you'd like you can put one or two hands on your heart space,
And on your inhale think,
I am,
And on your exhale think,
Built for this.
And on your inhale thinking,
I am,
And on your exhale,
Built for this.
Go ahead and try that three times on your own.
Beautiful job.
Practice this affirmation just three times each day,
In the morning,
Afternoon,
Evening,
It doesn't matter when,
And practice it for at least six weeks to be able to rewire those neural connections and make it part of your everyday thinking.
Before you know it,
When those thoughts of overwhelm and stress come,
What will come to mind is,
I am built for this.
You are built for this.
