Daily Energy Field Clearing And Protection

This meditation is intended for daily use to clear and protect your energy field. Archangel Michael assists us in cutting cords, running lots of light and strengthening our shield. This meditation is helpful for managing anxiety, stress, overwhelm and depression. It helps improve clarity and focus. When our energy is clear and protected our movement through our world is much gentler, less stressful and more enjoyable.

Transcript

Namaste and welcome.

This is a short meditation which can be used daily to ensure you are energetically clear and protected.

There is an explanation at the end of this meditation that you may listen to once or as often as you wish.

We will cut cords,

Run nets of light,

And strengthen your shield.

Take a deep breath now.

Allowing your body to completely relax.

Now set the intention to connect with Archangel Michael.

Reach out with all your senses and feel,

Sense,

Or simply know that he is with you.

And then ask him,

Say,

Archangel Michael,

I now call upon you and your helpers to assist me.

Archangel Michael,

Please cut any cords going to me or from me that do not serve my highest good.

Please cut these cords with unconditional love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

Gentleness,

Ease,

Love and light,

Peace and grace.

Archangel Michael,

Please run your net of light through my energy field.

With this net,

Please remove anything around or attached to me that is not for my highest good.

Now picture in your mind's eye Archangel Michael and his helpers holding a beautiful energetic net of golden white light that is of a high vibration.

This net begins below your feet.

They pull this net up through your field,

Gathering those things that do not belong.

When the net is finished moving up through your field,

Archangel Michael takes this net and all that was gathered inside it and returns them back to the light.

Now ask Archangel Michael to fill your field with pure light of the highest possible vibration.

Picture a beautiful golden white light gently filling your energy field.

Let this light fill any spaces created when the energies were cleared and repair any weaknesses.

Allow it to raise your vibration.

This light carries a feeling of love,

Safety,

Comfort and peace.

And now we will ask Archangel Michael to assist us with our intentions.

Say Archangel Michael,

Please keep my energetic shield at 100% perfection at all times.

Any energy going to me or from me that is not for my highest good is caught on this shield.

And gathered by you and your helpers to be returned back to the light.

Only that which is for my highest good is allowed to enter or exit my shield.

I ask that you hold it.

Thank you.

Take a moment to sense your energy field and how it feels.

Become familiar with the feeling of having it clear and full of light.

Send your gratitude and blessings to Archangel Michael.

Take a deep breath and gently begin to bring yourself back to the room,

The present moment.

It is an honor to be with you on this day.

Chords are energetic pathways that allow energy that is not for our highest good to enter our field and inform us in many ways.

There are energetic pathways that allow us to send and receive good energies.

We will call these pathways streams or streaming.

They dissipate on their own when their purpose has been fulfilled.

This process is to ensure that our energy is not being fed or informed by energies that do not belong to us or are of a low vibration.

Nets of light is to clear energies that have entered our field that do not belong.

The shield is our first tool in keeping our energy clear.

If you do not currently have a shield you are working with regularly,

You may wish to do my shield meditation.

If things do make their way past the shield,

Cutting cords and running the nets of light will clear away these energies.

The strength of these processes,

The shield in particular,

Becomes stronger over time and with regular use.

If you are able to do these daily,

There should be a noticeable difference in how you feel.

Remember,

Everything in our world has an energetic component.

Keeping our energy clear is key for health and happiness.
