Energetic Shield Installation With Archangel Michael

This is a meditation to install an energetic shield. Archangel Michael is our helper for this practice. You will be guided through the installation of an energetic shield and learn how to set intentions to keep it strong and working optimally all day, every day. Having an energetic barrier with specific intent for how we wish to be protected is a powerful way to stay grounded, clear and balanced. Proper shielding helps us manage stress, anxiety, feel more calm and peaceful.

Welcome and Namaste.

Today we will be installing an energetic shield that is held by Archangel Michael.

It is important to have an energetic barrier around us at all times with specific intentions for how this shield operates.

Once this shield is installed,

You will want to work with it daily to keep it operating optimally.

Once the shield has been installed,

You may want to use my daily energy clearing meditation.

This is an easy,

Quick way to clear ourselves daily and keep our protection strong.

Intentions are important and powerful when working with energy and the helping spirits.

We want to give clear intent regarding what we want our energetic tools to do for us,

Unlike walls,

Which are usually erected without an understanding of energy and how they will affect us.

This shield will create a lasting barrier of conscious intentions and a high vibration to assist you each and every day.

There are a multitude of ways to energetically shield.

If you have a method in place already,

Perfect.

You might want to incorporate some of these intentions with what you are already doing if it resonates.

If you are not working with energetic shielding already,

The shield I am offering to assist you in installing today is an egg-shaped bubble,

Just big enough to surround you and your energy field.

This is a common type of shield and can be very effective when used regularly with knowledge and intent.

Having this filter,

This barrier,

Around us,

Wherever we are,

Allows us to move through our world without being overwhelmed with other people's thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Energies.

Situations,

Places,

Things that do not resonate,

Do not affect us as strongly with a shield in place.

It helps keep our exposure to energies that are not good for us to a minimum.

When our energy field is clear,

We feel like ourselves,

More in our power,

And experience less fatigue and stress.

Much of what we experience in our lives,

Energetically,

Is not ours at all.

Our fields become filled with energies and emotions that are not our own.

When this happens,

We often do not realize that they do not belong to us.

This can cloud our clarity,

Sense of self,

And our thoughts,

Feelings,

And emotions.

Shielding is a powerfully effective,

Long-lasting tool for self-care.

The intentions I have found integral to a strong shield are,

One,

To have a spirit helper of a high vibration install and hold the energy of this shield.

Archangel Michael is a wonderful helper for this.

You are welcome to use any helper who resonates with you.

I suggest if you choose someone other than Archangel Michael that you hold the intent that this being is of a high vibration.

When we have a helper hold the energy of the shield for us,

We do not have to use our own energy to keep ourselves protected,

Keeping our own reserves stronger.

Also,

If we are working with beings of high vibrations,

It makes the shield that much stronger.

This is a co-creative process.

We want to work with our helper regularly to ensure that the shield stays strong at all times.

It is especially important when we are feeling low or vulnerable.

It only takes a few moments to set the intention daily to have this shield operating at 100% perfection.

Question two is that this shield is working at 100% 24-7-365.

We want this shield working all day,

Every day.

Number three,

That this shield will be with you for the remainder of this lifetime.

We cannot know what is best for us when we transition to whatever experience our soul will move towards when we leave the physical realm.

Thus,

We set the intention to have the shield dissipate when we leave our body.

Number four,

That those things which are for your highest good pass through this shield as if it was not there.

All the knowledge,

Love,

Lessons,

Goodness,

All the wonderful things,

All those things that are ours,

Come and go as they should.

However,

For those things that are not yours,

That do not belong to you,

That do not serve your highest good,

It acts like a spider's web.

Those things are caught on the shield,

Going in both directions.

For not only do we have energy come toward us from other people,

Places,

And things,

But we sometimes send out energy that is not for our highest and best.

This shield catches them,

And our helper removes them from the shield and returns them back to the light.

If this process resonates with you,

We will now install the shield.

If you wish to use a helper other than Archangel Michael,

Simply replace his name with theirs.

Close your eyes and follow along with me.

Allow your imagination to help you visualize this process.

Take a deep breath now,

And become aware that Archangel Michael is here with you.

You may see him,

Feel him,

Or simply know that he is there.

He is standing behind you with his hands above your head in preparation for installing this shield.

Archangel Michael,

At this time,

We ask that you use your hands and your arms and your energy to install a beautiful egg-shaped bubble of extremely high vibrational white light around you in your field now.

Sense,

Feel,

Know that this energetic bubble has been created.

Take a moment to perceive this energy around you,

Knowing that it is of a high vibration and for your highest good.

You may feel the absence of those energies,

Thoughts,

And emotions so often around you that can be overwhelming,

Noisy,

Cloudy.

The energy inside this space is you,

Free of the outside world.

Take a deep breath now,

And acquaint yourself with this space that is you and you alone.

Now that you have a sense of the shield,

I would like you to state your intention along with me.

I say this to yourself in your mind.

Archangel Michael,

I ask that this energetic shield be held by you 24-7-365 for the rest of my life.

When I leave this physical body,

It will dissipate.

I ask that it be at 100% optimal,

Operating,

Efficiency,

All day,

Every day.

Those things that are for my highest good pass through this shield as though it was not there.

The things I need to receive come to me easily and effortlessly.

Those things that are not mine,

That are of a low vibration,

Or are not for my highest good,

Are caught on the shield,

Going to me or from me.

Please remove these energies from my shield and return them back to the light.

Your shield is now in place and operating for you at all times.
