This is a simple 4–6 breathing practice designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and return to a steady, grounded rhythm. You’ll inhale for four counts and exhale for six, using a longer exhale to support relaxation. With extended time in the practice, this session gives you space to fully settle into the breath and experience a deeper sense of calm and stillness. The guided counting gradually softens, allowing the breath to become natural and effortless. Best used when you have time to fully unwind, decompress, or prepare for rest.
