This is a simple 4–6 breathing practice designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and return to a steady, grounded rhythm. You’ll inhale for four counts and exhale for six, using a longer exhale to support relaxation. With more time to settle into the breath, this session allows your body and mind to find a steady, consistent rhythm. The guided counting gradually softens, allowing you to settle into a more natural breathing pattern. Best used for anxiety, stress, or when you want to take a little more time to reset.
