Now I want you to get really comfortable wherever you might be sitting or lying down.

If you can't relax or close your eyes right now that's fine.

You can skip this little exercise or you can just listen in while staying focused on whatever else you're doing right now.

So just bring your attention to your breath take a deep nourishing breath in through the nose hold it lightly and then let all the air out through the mouth.

Do it again breathing in and imagining you're breathing in fresh life-giving energy that's running all through your body and flushing it out and breathing out you're releasing any tension that you might have built up in your body and with your exhale you're softening that bit more.

Let's continue to breathe relaxing our body and our mind.

Imagine all the tension that's leaving your body through your breath now looks like a light mist as you breathe it all out.

Imagine that mist is pure release and loving energy that's all around you and as you're exhaling it's actually growing like a real cloud of mist would and it's white light and refreshing energy is getting larger and larger coalescing around your body from the tips of your toes and moving up your legs over your hips up your back and stomach your arms your face all the way to the top of your head covering you completely like a really sweet cocoon of soothing vibes.

This is your bubble that lets you feel safe to let go of all that tension just that little bit more and be just that little bit more relaxed and more relaxed than you even expected.

This light and this mist is your shield it's it's a defense but it's also safe and soft this safety is yours anytime at all times.

It's the energy of self-love that we're empowered to wrap ourselves in when we need it to protect ourselves to protect each other and letting in what's good for our heart and for our head while just gently blocking what's not serving us from entering our energy fields and just practicing that right now knowing that this is your bubble and it always was we're just giving you some help to see it right now but this is always there accept its protection allow yourself to think or say the words I am safe without any kind of judgment just think that or say that to yourself as you breathe just gently notice what those words bring up for you any awkwardness any resistance just let that float into your awareness and back out again as needed know that in accepting this protection it really is always there even if you don't feel like you can or want to access it all the time you might even like to visualize a piece of your cloud breaking off as if it's been duplicated and using your intention you can imagine sending it to a person a loved one or people people that you want to help heal and giving them the safety and protection that's their birthright just as it is yours so they get the cloud and you have your own and know that you can take your little mist bubble with you everywhere you go it's malleable it's magical and it can appear the moment it's called for to protect you because it's part of you just let yourself take that in and when you're ready just slowly at your own pace begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body you can wiggle your toes feel the weight of your body and the surface underneath notice how you feel physically and emotionally again without judgment and just opening your eyes taking another big refreshing breath you can rub the palms of your hands together grab your water if you have any close by and if you want to write anything down about that experience you can just
