Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Jeremiah and this is a grounding morning meditation for clarity.
So take a moment to settle in,
Finding your way into a comfortable seat,
Letting your spine rise naturally without any force.
And before we do anything,
Just notice where you are.
Notice your body.
Notice your breath.
Notice the quality of your mind this morning.
No need to change it yet.
Just notice.
Now gently begin to deepen your breath.
Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale through the nose,
Softening the back of the throat.
We'll begin to introduce a light ujjayi breath,
The yogic breath,
A quiet ocean-like sound in the back of the throat.
Inhaling steady and smooth through the nose and exhale softly,
Slow and controlled through the nose.
Allowing this breath to become your anchor.
Allowing your breath to move like the waves coming in and returning out.
Inhaling through the nose and softly exhaling through the nose.
And clarity doesn't come from forcing answers.
It comes from creating space.
So with every exhale,
Let something go.
Expectation,
Pressure,
The need to have everything figured out.
With every inhale,
Invite in space.
Space in the mind,
Space in the body,
Space in the day ahead.
Now begin to bring your awareness to the space between the thoughts.
Not the thought themselves,
But the pause,
The quiet that's underneath.
And in that space,
Ask yourself gently,
What actually matters today?
Not everything,
Not the noise,
Not the overwhelm,
Just what matters.
Let the answer come or don't force one.
Clarity is not something you chase.
It is something you allow.
And stay here for a few breaths.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose.
Let the mind settle.
Let the body support you.
And if the mind begins to wander,
Just come back to the breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Simple,
Steady,
Clear.
What actually matters today?
Taking another deep inhale through the nose.
And allow the mouth to open as you sigh out,
Exhale,
Letting it all go.
And as you begin to come back into the body,
Feel your seat beneath you.
Feel your hands,
Your shoulders,
Your jaw.
Taking another deep inhale through the nose.
And another slow exhale through the mouth,
Just releasing.
Carry this clarity with you into your day.
Not as something rigid,
But as something grounded.
My friend,
You don't need to have all the answers.
Just the next aligned step for you.
Thank you for being here with me.
