Jen, aka The Chill Mystic, is a psychic medium and tarot reader from New Jersey! Shadow work is her jam, and she hopes to inspire others to use tarot alongside other self-care methods and rituals to heal their inner child wounds and reclaim their confidence. Jen is very relatable as she has navigated trauma, anxiety/depression, and fears of “not-enoughness.” Her spiritual awakening kicked-off in 2022, and completely shifted the direction of her life’s journey in ways she never could have imagined! Her greatest wish is to share her experience, learnings & spiritual gifts in an effort to support all those who are bravely walking the spiritual path! She has a BA in Communication Studies from Montclair State University, spent 8 years as a strength & conditioning coach, and has loved every minute of being a stay-at-home mom to her & her husband’s amazing son. Jen’s hobbies include working out, laughing a lot, and binging on documentaries and podcasts!
