Oh,
I'm so pleased to be here.
It's my pleasure.
I had such fun last time.
So yeah,
I'm just looking forward to this enlightening chat that we always have.
It's lovely.
And it's so important.
Here we are,
2023,
In the beginning of January.
Yeah.
And this,
You know,
For everything that's happened,
COVID,
We're coming out of that now,
You know,
The raising of our vibration,
The great awakening that is happening,
The ascension that is going on,
And,
You know,
All the change in health,
Holistically,
Mind,
Body and soul.
Please,
Jenny,
Let's talk about what are some ways that we can optimize our mind and our body and soul for this new year?
Well,
I think the most important thing to do is,
Well,
First of all,
Watch what we eat.
So that we're eating as much whole food as we can.
If you wanted to do the vegan January,
Then that's fine.
Veganuary,
Isn't it?
Isn't it veganuary?
Yeah,
That's right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think it is.
I'll kind of pronounce it.
Yeah.
Keep ourselves fit,
Get ourselves out into nature as much as possible,
Go for walks and whatever.
But it's to get the right mindset for the year.
Yes.
And I think that's what I want to talk about most today is to try and get our mindset for what we want as our goals for this year and to keep that positive mindset,
Because if we look out into the world,
Then we're seeing negative,
Negative,
Negative.
So it's to keep the positive and keep with like-minded souls that are actually going to inspire and keep that positive wellbeing message across.
That is the most important thing for 2023.
Yeah.
I've been going through,
I mean,
I've been going through like,
You know,
My awakening all of my life,
But these last months have really,
I have really changed my whole way of looking.
It's almost like I've gone through a mini awakening within that awakening because now I don't stay in that negative place so much.
You know,
Now when things come,
I react and I try and react from my heart space so that I'm always giving out love.
I'm trying to always think,
Feel,
Act right,
Say positive things because I know this is the law of karma.
Whatever we give out will always come back to us.
And by doing this and coming from our heart and being positive,
We are raising our virtue and we are not building any more negative karma for ourselves.
So whenever people,
Situations,
Things,
You know,
That will always happen.
Life happens.
3D comes in.
But if we can come into our space and come into,
You know,
Our wholeness and our balance and not be so affected by it,
Not react so much,
But just calm it down.
We might like,
It might hurt us.
We might go down for a little while,
But if we can just look at it and see it's not us,
It's others,
It's outside,
It's got nothing to do with me.
Yeah.
It's other people or other places,
Things,
And then we can rise above it,
Isn't it?
Yeah.
It's to do with what you associate with.
I mean,
If you have attachment to something,
You've got an attachment to a particular result.
And if that is what's playing out is seen to be difficult or negative or emotionally charged in some way,
Then we have to disassociate from it because it's what's out there in the world and it isn't who we really are.
I think this is the time of reckoning for those that are on this spiritual journey.
Things have become harder and harder.
And I think we're really being challenged now.
There's so many changes going on in the world and a lot of them will be challenging in 2022,
I guess.
They will.
But if you bring it back down from what's out there,
The macrocosm to what's inside ourselves as in the microcosm,
Then we're being challenged as just as you said,
To step back and to bring ourselves back into the moment that we,
You know,
We practice when we go into meditation or practice mindfulness,
Then we are coming back into that moment without getting carried away on the tide of reaction or emotional,
A swathe of emotion that's going to be taking us off our path.
Just to get back onto it again with,
You know,
Before we've been carried away too far is to come back into it.
And we're really being challenged.
I've noticed that over the,
Personally,
Over the Christmas period and just into the new year,
I've been so sensitive to the emotional state of others in the town around me.
People I don't know,
But I've been feeling really sensitive to that.
So any empaths like myself out there,
I think we're being really challenged now to withdraw and to come into that pace of quiet,
To disassociate with what's going on that we feel elsewhere,
Because it isn't us.
That doesn't mean to say you don't do something that's helpful,
Like sending out prayers to help those that are in that,
You know,
That state where they can't get off that big tide of emotion that's storming through.
Yes.
But we ourselves have to be acting this out now.
It's quite challenging.
I think this is one of the most challenging times I've ever been through.
I've noticed it stepped up a notch on the onslaught.
We used to get a few days in between,
Way back 10 years ago,
We used to get a few days in between the,
You know,
There was another challenge,
But I don't think we're getting that.
I think we're getting it,
You know,
Almost early with something.
It's so true.
It's like in my life,
Yeah,
It's like my car broke down.
So I don't have a car.
This is the first time I've ever never had a car.
Everything's broken down in my house.
Everything,
Everything,
The washing machine,
We have to,
Me and my children have to take,
We have so much washing.
Everything is just completely breaking down.
I know it's because we're moving and it's making space for the new to come in.
But it's,
You know,
And also what is going on in the world.
It's very,
Very challenging.
And it's very,
But it's all a test to see if we can keep ourselves there and not be the victim or go into that negative thought pattern.
Because as soon as we go into that negative thought,
That one thought will lead to another,
Will lead to another and you'll just be,
You know,
And then that's when,
You know,
You stay in it.
But for me,
I'm like,
Nothing can,
Nothing can take me down like that anymore.
It's like,
Come on,
Is that all you've got?
You know,
Like just,
It's almost,
I'm just keep raising myself up and keep raising myself up.
And when I do go down into that phase,
Which is not very often anymore,
It's just,
I bounce back really quickly because I'm,
Of my,
Of my,
Of the work that I do,
Of all the prayers that I do,
Of my meditations.
And also,
It's because as soon as it's really funny,
But as soon as 2023 hit,
I always meditate.
I used to meditate every morning and every evening,
But I sort of came out of that and I was just like doing it because so much was happening with my children.
So I was only doing it in the afternoon with my prayers.
But now when I wake up,
I pray.
The first thing I do is pray,
You know,
Pray and set that intention for the whole day.
And I am so thankful for the day,
Spending another day on this beautiful earth plane with God,
With all the people,
You know,
And,
And with this beautiful ascension awakening time.
Because I think that's another thing.
Empaths like us,
We are awakening,
We are ascending.
And,
You know,
I can feel it.
It's like my back,
It's,
I can feel the weight of the world on my shoulders,
Which is the,
The collective,
The collective,
Um,
Hopelessness at this time,
Because it's very dismal out there at this time.
Well,
That's what's being projected.
Anyway,
That's what's been rushed at is,
Is that to make us feel that particular way.
But yeah,
I do.
I totally agree.
It feels to me like a weight.
And then I have to remind myself and say,
Well,
Actually,
This isn't,
This isn't me.
You know,
It's not me.
It's not,
I'm just feeling what's around.
And to use that charge time that you talked about,
That first moment when you wake up,
It's not to get caught up in whatever's going on in the world and what's happening in that day,
But,
Or,
You know,
Thinking ahead,
But actually to use that moment to pray or to say an affirmation that's really charged time.
And also the same,
That just before you go to sleep.
So you're lying down and you're using your last thought before sleep to give a positive affirmation.
And those are really important times for making change without any great effort.
I must say,
You just have to remember to do it,
But a few pointers that I would have on charging that affirmation.
So that it's not just your third dimensional consciousness that you're operating from,
But you're operating from a higher state of consciousness is to turn your attention towards the brow.
So this is the Ajna Chakra,
The seat of will.
So you're using it to will what you want to happen.
And that could be for health or wealth.
It could be for happiness.
It could be for anything that you wish or to overcome a state of torpor.
Because what you were just,
You were saying that you'd fallen off the kind of meditation,
It's circumstantial.
I think before you know it,
You've actually lost a bit of your practice and you've lost a bit of your elevation,
But the only way to get an elevated state is to meditate.
It's vital,
It's as vital as breathing or eating.
And if I don't meditate every day,
I really,
Really feel out of sync.
I really do.
But as I said,
I used to do it twice a day,
But now having that morning,
It's like more structured to my day,
Waking up when the birds and the light,
With the light in rhythm with the mother earth,
And having that more structure,
Having that positive affirmation.
And then in the afternoon,
When I do my,
I always do my meditation and I go in and I get that beautiful white light here in the pineal,
Just like what you're saying.
And then I do it for about 15,
20 minutes.
And then I'm in such that place.
Then I start visualising.
I start using my magic mind and my sacred heart,
Feelings from the heart,
Imaginings from the mind,
Merging them together to push that out into the quantum,
The divine mind,
Which is manifestation.
Because everything in this multi-dimensional universe,
There are so many different levels and so many different dimensions and everything,
Everything we can think of has already been created.
All we have to do is choose the one that we wish,
The life,
Choose that which we want from the vastness that's already there and bring it into form,
Bring it into manifestation.
So concentrating,
Imagining,
Feeling,
Smelling,
Touching.
If you want a new house,
A new car,
Whatever it is,
But coming from the end as if it's already done.
Yes,
Absolutely.
Seeing it as a finished article and just putting it out into the ethers so that it can come towards you.
It's not concentrating on it and going back into that moment of manifestation because that kind of negates it.
It gets in the way of letting the universe bring it to you.
But yes,
It's really,
Really powerful time.
But coming back to that moment when you've woken and you're wishing to,
You've got your affirmation already.
I mean,
To see if you've planned out what you want before that moment.
So you just remember it and keeping the eyes closed.
You've not even sat up in bed or anything and you're taking the attention to the brow.
And as you said,
You're visualizing or seeing that great pulsing of light that's on the brow.
The more you meditate,
The more light there is.
And into that,
Have your state of consciousness sitting on the brow.
So you're not observing from the back of the head.
You're not observing from outside the body.
You're not observing from anywhere else.
But you bring your consciousness up to sit on the brow and then say your affirmation firmly.
You don't need to say it out loud.
You can if you wish.
But I think it's very powerful to be said with a firmness in the mind.
So you're setting the intention and then just allowing that to make the change.
Because what we're doing there is we're not just manifesting out into the world,
But we're changing the brain.
We are molding the brain to help us to act,
Not react in old habits.
So we're using neuroplasticity to allow- Making new neuron pathways in the brain.
Yeah.
Yeah.
New super-charged pathways.
You can change it.
You can change anything.
That's the most important thing I think we need to think about in 2023 is we can change absolutely anything.
There's nothing that hasn't got a solution.
And that even if the solution is to change how you are inside yourself and not something physically outside.
But nothing is without solution.
And we can find the answers to everything that we need when we sit and meditate.
Those answers simply arise.
Once we've gone,
We'll have to sit for a period of time,
Say 20 minutes,
Half an hour,
And allow our consciousness to rise and rise and rise and rise.
I think what I feel when I meditate is that each breath,
Each in-breath rises,
Each out-breath is an emptying.
It's an emptying of whatever static I've experienced in the world,
Or whether it's my own,
I don't know.
But it's an emptying.
So for 20 minutes,
Half an hour,
You're basically receiving the light and then emptying,
Receiving the light and emptying.
It's raising the vibration up and up and up.
And you can feel that because the body will start to feel that there's tingling in the fingers,
Tingling in the toes.
Prana energy is emptying into the spine and you can feel it rising up the spine.
You can feel your awareness rising.
And then you just.
.
.
Yeah,
No,
Sorry.
I just wanted to just add to that as it comes up.
Why is this called the temple?
This is called the temple and in all the Bible,
It's the temple that was not made by man's hands.
This temple is a temple of light.
And every time you raise it up,
You're building your temple of light and it becomes denser and more beautiful and more brighter every time,
Building your temple of light.
There's more to the practice of meditation than simply just relaxation.
And I would stress though that a guided meditation,
That's got its place,
But at some stage in your development,
You are directing it from silence within.
So you are just following the breath.
There's nobody leading you.
You are in the moment.
Because what happens when you're using a guided meditation,
You become passive and then you're moving into the subconscious mind,
Which I mean,
You can make some changes in the subconscious mind,
But in order to make real and lasting change,
We need to be moving from the super conscious mind,
Which is in the seat of the brow.
And that's directed.
I mean,
You're doing that yourself.
You're fully conscious.
You're not becoming passive.
You're active in the meditation.
And that activity would be just to breathe in and offer yourself up and with the out breath empty.
So it's raise and then empty,
Raise and then empty with each breath.
That is such a beauty to be found.
I know it sounds like an incredibly simple practice.
It's so profound.
It's a surrendering,
Isn't it?
Like you're surrendering,
You know,
You're surrendering and you're surrendering your thoughts and your feelings.
You're surrendering everything.
You're alert and you're there,
But you are in a state of peace and,
You know,
With the light.
And then when you're in that silence,
That's like when divine intelligence,
The divine love,
Light energy can come in and,
You know,
Guide you,
Heal you,
Take you and,
You know,
Give you all the answers that you are seeking.
You know,
It all comes in the silence.
Absolutely.
And we,
You know,
With too much mental glamour with being associated with the world,
It's to come in for a respite from that into that quiet within.
You're right.
All the answers are there.
All the answers,
Even if it's not in words,
It's in an intuitive sense of calmness or being gifted,
Just a sense of knowing that everything is right.
Everything is being guided,
That you are being helped at every stage along the way.
You're not alone.
So beautiful.
And that's what divine love,
Light energy does.
That's why I meditate every day because it fills me up.
Nothing in this 3D world can do it.
Only going within and feeling that and being oneness with divinity within,
Because that's what it is.
It's the God flame.
It's the God Goddess within us all,
That we are connected,
Which is our higher self,
Because we're all connected to God.
We're all part of that.
God put a little,
You know,
Put the flame of itself in every single soul,
Inside of the body when we was born.
Yeah.
So,
You know,
That's just so beautiful.
It really is.
And it makes you feel wonderful.
And then,
Them feelings,
You're so much more calmer.
Yeah.
I think that's the reason why we're here.
And you're taking that peace and that love and that feeling from that meditation into your everyday thoughts,
Feelings,
Words,
And actions.
So you're being more loving.
You're being more virtuous,
More righteous,
You know,
In every thought.
And therefore,
If you're doing that,
You're not building karma.
That's true.
Although I would say that if you have found,
I mean,
As in your listeners,
If you have found that reacting to something that's going on,
Perhaps it's an old family issue,
But you're still doing your meditation,
You're doing the practice,
You're doing the work,
You've got the best of intentions,
But still you find yourself reacting.
It's not to beat yourself up about it,
Because I'll bet you that the reaction that you have is pared back.
It's much,
Much,
Much,
Much less than it would have done.
To see the small changes,
You know,
The moving from a state of reaction to what's going on in the circumstances of your life to a place of calmness and unperturbability takes time.
It's a staged process,
Especially if that relationship that you have,
Particularly if it's family,
If it's very turbulent.
There's things to be worked through,
But it's always,
Always about letting go.
It's letting that person go and accepting them for who they are,
You know,
Who they are at this moment in time.
It's not the true self,
But maybe they're not quite there yet.
Yeah,
It's forgiveness.
It's just,
It's forgiveness.
It's always just about accepting them as they are,
Works and all.
And that's a true empath.
A true empath does not react.
A true empath sits still,
Empath sits in their place of wholeness and peace and calm.
Yeah.
And,
And as the observer can look,
You know,
Because we are,
We are all at different levels of evolution,
But for us,
You know,
I've been learning so much about karma and,
You know,
When you react,
You cause more of that,
You know,
So,
And you give your virtue away.
You know,
When,
When you're coming from the heart and you're coming from righteousness,
Then you are building that beautiful virtue for you and for your lineage.
You know what I mean?
It's like,
It's beautiful.
So a true,
A true empath,
You know,
We don't,
We don't have to react like that.
We don't allow others to disturb our sense of being,
Which is very difficult,
But that's what we're all aiming for,
Isn't it?
You know?
Yeah.
Well,
I would say that,
You know,
We're all at different steps and stairs of achieving that stage of,
I'll change the word there,
Achieve.
It's not achieve,
It's realize that state of perfection.
As an empath,
You do feel very strongly what others' emotions are around about you,
Their state of being.
But there may be times when you find you have reacted,
And it's just to go next time you can,
Is to go into your space of quiet,
To meditate,
And just hand over that reaction.
You know,
Ask for blessings,
Make prayers onto the person that provoked or the people that provoked that response within you,
And then asking for the healing for yourself.
It's always about a state of forgiveness,
Surrender,
Letting go,
And acceptance.
We're all,
As I say,
We're all at different stages.
So I think not beating yourself up too much.
What I would say is that we can all recognize that in the past,
We would have reacted far worse.
And if we react a little bit now,
Like,
Oh,
In the past,
I would have gone ballistic at that.
And now I can just react and then pull back,
You know,
Within like a second or two of reacting,
Pull it back,
Regroup,
Bring in the calm again.
I think we look for progress.
That's what I'm trying to say.
That's right.
And you can see,
You know,
How far you come and how far you stay in in that negative place.
But no one,
No one can make you feel anything.
It's how you react to it,
Whether you are staying in the victim mode or you are a creator.
You know,
You choose to,
You choose to move beyond that,
You know,
And you choose to be in autonomy and realize that everything you think,
Say and do does self,
It's self-creating.
So whatever you give out will always come back to you.
This is the key.
So everything,
This is why,
You know,
In all the Vedas and the old ancient Upanishads and all the books of yoga and the sutras,
Make every action,
Every thought,
Every feeling,
Every word,
Every,
Every,
Every,
Make it a sacred,
Make it a sacred action.
You know,
Try,
You know,
Step back,
As you said,
Step back.
And if you can't do that,
Then just step back and say nothing.
You know,
It's very important just to,
Just to not react,
To not say anything.
Even when someone is,
Is in that place,
Let them go,
Allow them to vent,
Just listen deep.
It's called,
The Buddhist called it deep listening.
When you allow the other just to go,
You know,
And you just do not react,
You just allow them to release it,
Which is very important,
You know,
And then you can just,
You know,
Even if it's just one little thing that you say,
It can go straight into that heart.
And you always do that with love and kindness,
One little,
You know,
But with a bit of truth,
Just have to do one little thing.
And that's a little seed that will,
You know,
Rise up in,
In,
In them.
So that deep listening is very important.
Yeah,
In due course,
Yeah.
I mean,
One of the spiritual secrets is not to,
Not to have investment in a particular result.
So yeah,
You were saying you're,
You're giving them the,
The opportunity to be really heard,
To have their say,
And to,
If you're saying anything,
It's probably very little,
But it could be,
It could be the draw of the seeds that they're needing,
But that seed may take years to germinate,
If at all.
So you're not looking for a particular outcome.
You're merely doing what you're intuition from your higher elevated intuition state.
When you step back,
You're stepping back into that stream of light and consciousness.
Yes,
Yes.
And,
And,
Yeah,
And allowing that to come through and to be,
To drop the seed in that's required,
But you're not looking for any particular outcome because we never know when it's what's right for another person.
And everyone's path is their path.
We can't change anyone.
Yeah.
But let's discuss attachment.
Yeah.
I've just been reading this wonderful book,
Falun,
Which is Falun Gong,
Which is Qi Gong,
You know,
Qi Gong.
And,
But it was just fascinating about attachments and,
You know,
It's so,
This is what we're all here for,
Isn't it?
To let go of the attachments of,
That keep us stuck in the same reality,
In living the same life,
Never growing or evolving,
You know?
So how can one,
How can we let go of certain attachments,
Especially in this January,
2023,
It's like New Year's resolution,
Isn't it?
You know,
I don't like to say resolution.
I like to say,
What am I going to manifest in,
You know,
In 2023?
But yeah,
Let's talk about attachments.
I understand what you mean,
Because resolution can,
We know that there's this connotation,
You've got the best of intentions,
You set your New Year resolution at the beginning of January,
And by week three in January,
You've already lost it.
And you think,
Oh,
What the heck?
That's it,
I've boiled up this year.
But that doesn't matter.
I think maybe the word,
A New Year resolution has,
You know,
Has connotations of setting up to fail.
So we'll just look at affirmations.
So we're going to manifest that which we need.
And this could be,
Let's face it,
It's not limited to January.
You could do this on a monthly basis if you wish.
I do,
I do that every full moon.
Taking up your affirmation.
So you're already using it every month.
And to make it something manageable,
So you're not aiming for the absolute stars,
Because it's got to be something that's going to be achievable by you.
So we're making that moment,
The start of the day is our eyes open,
And the last moment before we fall asleep on the pillow,
And you've decided what your affirmation is going to be.
So it's short,
It's catchy,
Even if you make it rhyme,
Sometimes that helps to keep our mind focused on it.
It seems to give it a rhythm and a power.
But make it short,
Make it catchy.
And you can repeat it several times,
Maybe three,
Four,
Five times before you go up for the day.
Use those charged moments.
And then as far as manifestation goes,
We allow that to happen itself.
We allow that to just come to us.
You were talking about attachments.
Attachments,
Yes.
How can we let go?
Right.
You can imagine attachments are like lead weights attached to a hot air balloon.
And they're actually just pinning us down,
They're keeping us in the third dimensional density.
Come here in this life to make substantial changes.
And you've got to do that when you're here,
Because this is where you're really challenged.
And if you can do it here in the University of life,
Then you've really elevated yourself.
Because this is such a difficult realm.
Yeah,
I think we need to acknowledge that it is difficult.
I just mean,
It's impossible because it isn't impossible.
We can change absolutely anything.
Change anything.
And it just takes that willpower and that sense of consciousness in it.
So for alchemy,
We need to have the intention,
We need to have the energy,
And we need to have the focus.
Those three things together can change anything when they're placed here on the scene.
When they're placed here on the seat of the will on the brow,
Then you can change absolutely anything.
But you were talking about that attachment holding us back.
Now you can think of each one of the attachments that you have.
These could be attachments to the physical body itself.
Because at some stage,
The physical body,
It's only finite.
It's only your vehicle for this lifetime,
Or your cloak,
Your temple,
You always have,
You brought in the word temple,
Your temple of light is carried in your soul.
So you may have that through every single lifetime,
But at some point,
This body is going to be shed.
So not taking too seriously any of its ailments,
Or any of attachments that you have to the five senses,
To that which you see,
That which you hear,
That which you taste and smell.
Taste and smell,
They come into how,
You know,
What attachments we have to food quite often,
You know,
And that goes way back to childhood.
I remember as a child,
I never went without a meal.
But there were times when food was scarce.
And I think that it's been something that it means there's an attachment to,
I think it's because there's an attachment within me,
This is what I'm personally working on,
Is to let go of that greed that comes with for food.
I find it quite hard to work on because I think I'm working way back to when I was a toddler,
Way back.
So it's quite deep in there.
That's what I'm personally working on.
Yes.
Same as me.
I have an attachment for,
So yours is food,
Right?
I have attachment,
It's mine is prosperity.
I was brought up by my parents and I remember my mother saying to me,
Oh,
We can't have that.
I can't afford that.
I can't afford that.
I can't afford.
That's all she said.
And that's been drummed into my psyche when I was very young,
You know?
So I grew up thinking money's very important.
I've got to get a lot of it.
And you know,
Do you know what I mean?
Which caused me to go into different things and,
You know,
And,
And I,
And I never keep it,
You know,
It comes,
It goes,
It comes,
It goes,
It goes.
So that is my attachment that I've got to,
To the,
I'm working through,
You know what I mean?
And I,
And I feel that I'm really letting go of that a lot of,
Um,
Being worthy of,
Of,
And also being a yogini,
Right?
Now I realize to be a whole balanced person in this life,
I can be spiritual and wealthy.
Yeah.
To be spiritual and poor,
You're not a balanced whole person.
Yeah.
And this is what I am.
I am learning about my worthiness,
You know,
Even though I did unworthy things to myself when I was a young girl,
But doesn't matter.
I have overcome all of that.
So I now am taking my abundance and learning to be spiritual and wealthy.
Yeah.
That's,
It's quite a tough one that,
Cause I think we also need to overcome perhaps a belief that somehow money is dirty.
Yes.
Evil.
Money's the root of all evil.
But that money is,
Well,
It's,
It's,
It's a necessary oil that keeps society working.
It's energy.
Necessary at the moment,
I must say,
Because I think things are changing.
Yeah.
But at the moment,
This is how the system works.
You need to have that oil of money to get something,
You know,
Out of society to get your requirements that you need.
But that would possibly,
We're talking about really deep attachment to beliefs here.
Yes.
That we have,
But it's easy to think of attachments as an attachment to a person or a place or a thing,
You know,
As in possessions.
All we're talking about is more deep seated attachments.
Energetic attachments to limiting beliefs.
Yes.
That may have been embedded in us,
You know,
Through social conditioning,
You know,
Like,
Like your,
Your upbringing,
Right.
With the scarcity of food,
My upbringing,
You see,
You know,
It's,
It's,
It's yeah.
And it takes a long time,
You know,
How old are we?
And we're still going through to release that and to overcome that,
You know,
So it's an ongoing process.
Yes,
I think,
You know,
Those experiences that you have are,
You know,
They're so conditioned in the ones that you have in your first few formative years.
But this is all linked into the work that we do on clearing the base chakra,
You know,
So that Muladhara,
The base chakra,
This is represents our first six or seven years of life.
And any experiences that we have then,
Then become charged or contained in that base chakra.
So,
You know,
Part of the yoga practices are to release any impurities that are held within the chakras.
And I know that Kundalini yoga in particular does a lot on,
You know,
Impact stuff,
Clearing the base chakra.
But we then we need to do some work when something gets dislodged via yoga,
As in physical asana or breath practices,
Then the onus is on us to actually do the work to clear that.
Yes,
To let it go.
I just look at anything,
Whether it's emotion,
Or whether it's a thought practice or a belief,
You know,
That I now know was inaccurate,
Is it's always just letting go.
Sometimes I use my hands,
And I just scoop it up from the inside of myself and offer it out.
So I'm letting,
I'm giving avenue within my auric field,
I'm giving avenue for that to be released.
It's always just about letting go.
So every meditation that you do,
There's something to let go.
And also,
I find it's really good.
It's almost like to call in whatever you want,
Perceive your God to be,
You know,
Your angels,
Archangel Michael,
Anything,
You know,
And it's,
I feel sometimes it's not ours to carry.
It's been passed down through ancestral lineage.
So it sometimes it's really good to call in that deity,
Call in the angel,
Call in your God,
And to cut the energetic cords of all of those,
You know,
Negative thoughts,
Feelings,
And actions of our ancestors that have brought us here today,
Because we are the zero point,
You know,
Of all of our ancestors.
And,
And that can really,
You know,
Through each bloodline,
The mother and the father,
You know,
That can come down,
You know,
And I know that that was that poverty consciousness was brought down through the lineage,
You know,
But I'm changing that.
You're absolutely right.
And I think you brought up something key that it's,
I feel,
I feel a shiver through myself.
So I know that what you're saying is really important to be said and to be heard.
I find that when I take,
You know,
Go deep in meditation,
I'm talking after 20 minutes,
Half an hour,
A wee bit longer,
Perhaps,
And then I'm in the space where I can do a deep healing or a deep clearing or a letting go,
I've risen my vibration enough to do that.
I've found that when I bring my consciousness onto the brow,
I'm sitting like a little Buddha self sitting on the brow.
So imagine my consciousness is like a little Buddha sitting in the lotus position on the brow.
And then you can make any change,
You can make,
You know,
Any affirmation that you need,
Then you can make a release.
But what I've intuitively experienced is that I'm in a lineage,
I mean,
The physical ancestry lineage,
And I can see that behind me are all the souls,
Say it's my eternal side.
Yes.
So it's all the souls that stretch back into,
I mean,
Way into the distant past.
I can see in the distance and I can see in the future,
All those that are leading on.
Each generation,
Yes.
As you said,
The zero point that you're at,
I can see the future and that you're in the pivotal point of being conscious and aware that you can change a whole lineage.
And sometimes it becomes obvious what it is that needs to change.
And sometimes it's become obvious that where did that start from the lineage?
And it could be like four generations back,
You know,
Your great,
Great,
Great grandfather,
That four generations.
Yes.
Yeah.
That it could be the year that something started and you can ask for a healing for that.
That's right.
So storyline,
Because it's,
Obviously you'll be influencing the soul that was your great,
Great grandfather.
But you're helping them.
But you're helping change that whole DNA,
The whole,
The storyline that was enacted at that time.
And it's something that's very emotionally charged.
Science tells us it can change the DNA and then it can,
It literally physically can be carried from one generation to the next.
But to ask for healing for that,
That one point where that,
Say we're talking about poverty consciousness,
Where that was brought in and then it's been carried through.
It's unbelievable how much lighter,
You can feel the whole lineage is,
Is that weight.
What I'm seeing in my head is,
You know,
Jacob Marley in the Christmas Carol,
When he comes to visit Scrooge and he's all,
He's carrying the weight of all his chains of karma really.
That's right.
Well,
You can see that being lifted off that storyline and it changes everybody from then right through.
It does.
And it also changes them laterally.
So,
I mean,
From you being the zero point,
It means that your siblings,
Your children,
Your nieces,
Nephews,
Everybody else laterally on the storyline also changes.
And then you can,
It's a really powerful healing to do.
In fact,
Since both you and I are bringing this up today,
I think possibly this is the thing that people would benefit most from is healing their ancestral line on the maternal and their ancestral line on the maternal side.
Definitely.
Because you're as an empath,
As a spiritual being,
You're not just here healing yourself.
You're actually here to heal that line.
You have a responsibility.
It's a responsibility to use your innate wisdom,
Divine divinity within to be able to be that zero point so that you can heal the line,
But also not carry any of that baggage over into your children's children's children.
Because I've done lots of work with Siberian shamans and they do a lot of work with the women and the lineage and a lot of women who have like,
If there's been a lot of abortions in their life,
Women who had an abortion,
And if they don't clear that energy,
Their children,
Their daughters will go through the same thing.
And it's like clearing the energy.
It's our responsibility as an awakened spiritual empath to be the zero point,
To wipe the slate clean from all karma of our ancestors so that we can give our children and our lineage the best generations forward of that clean,
Beautiful new earth energy.
And as we do that,
We're healing as well.
We're giving healing energy to all of our ancestors who are in the multiverse somewhere,
In the heavenly realms,
Which is so beautiful.
We don't know where our ancestors,
Who that soul was.
They might be reincarnated here in this earth.
Yeah,
They could even be reincarnated in the same family.
Yes.
But what I wanted to say was not to have an attachment to the result.
So you just do the work and then you don't have a specific,
You let it go because you're not saying,
Oh yeah,
I can see that that's changed and that's changing.
Just let it go.
It's an energy release that's going on.
And you feel it later.
So then therefore you can assume that those that are laterally in your storyline,
The family storyline.
Hey Jenny,
Thank you so much for your divine wisdom and your divine truth and wisdom.
It's always so beautiful and uplifting and it's very needed at this time.
So thank you for being on the Great Awakening show.
My absolute pleasure Joanne.
Blessings to you and blessings to all your listeners.
