Fostering community, transformation, and love, Jen is a trained and professional yoga and meditation teacher with a plethora of experience. Her specialty is leading multi-level vigorous Vinyasa classes that guide practitioners to achieve their highest selves. Each of her classes is carefully curated to engage students on their personal journeys and tap into their own flow of breath and movement. You’ll find Jen at the beach, travelling, or out in nature. She is currently based in Whitby, Ontario, where she teaches weekly Vinyasa classes and workshops. Jen lived in Mexico for 10 years, is fluent in Spanish, and has worked at various yoga studios and led retreats abroad. Jen is a continuous yoga and meditation student who has studied under diverse teachers in Canada, the USA, and Mexico. She is certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Mindfulness, and Pre- and Post-natal yoga. Her personal practice includes Vinyasa and modified Ashtanga, as well as singing mantras and learning the harmonium. If you’re practicing with Jen, expect to play, flow, and sing!
