Or nature or as we just said your higher self.
This sense of connection fosters a feeling of fulfillment,
Belonging,
And a deeper appreciation for the beauty and meaning of life.
One key practice then is self-reflection.
So taking the time to understand your emotions,
Your thoughts,
Your needs,
And engaging in introspective activities such as journaling,
Meditation,
Or mindfulness practices to gain clarity and connect with yourself.
You can also start spending more time in nature whether it's taking a walk in the park,

The beauty and tranquility of natural surroundings can have a soothing effect on your mind and soul.
You can just absorb it,
