Third Eye Chakra Activation, Connection To Ajna

A really blissful way to activate and align our third eye chakra. This will offer you a gateway to visually and sensually connect to this space. Find yourself in a seated position with your sit bones rooted down and the crown of your head pulling up high so that your spine can feel super long. Close your eyes, Bringing your palms onto your knees or thighs with your palms facing the sky so that you can connect to spirit or source or whatever deity you would like to connect to through this spiritual practice. Bringing your thumbs and index fingers to touch creating Gyanamudra with both of your hands as when we create this mudra with our hands we're able to step into a space where we can receive more intuitive guidance in a incredibly clear and direct way without expectation without expectation and keeping your body nice and long through the spine and relaxed through the legs keeping the heart slightly open and for a moment just bringing your attention to the space between and just above your eyebrows the third eye chakra and notice how this space may feel notice any sensations that may reside in this space noticing the softness yet high vibration of this space and then notice the space just behind almost as if you're connecting to a place in the center of your forehead nearly in the middle of your skull and from the space in the middle of your skull watch the inside of your forehead like you're watching a movie and notice what you may see notice what you may see the different colors or shades or lines the different visual vibrations just notice it and then bring your attention back to the outside of your forehead again noticing whatever sensations may be active noticing if it feels any different or the exact same as when you were tuning into these sensations just before and imagining that this part of your forehead blinks open like it's literally an eye on your forehead and it looks out into the world ahead of you and there's something fascinating about this because the seer that who is seeing is the same yet what's being seen is different notice how is it different how is it similar to what you see out of your more classic two eyes what has shifted and you don't necessarily need to linguistically form an answer to these questions instead i invite you to feel the answer or to simply visually witness the answer what is different so allowing the space of your forehead to relax even more looking through this very relaxed open lens and allowing a bright indigo kind of purpley light to flood its way in like you're receiving information receiving wisdom receiving intuitive knowing receiving guidance receiving receiving receiving feeling this light flow in this beautiful colorful indigo purplish light flow in receiving spiritual growth and connection all alongside humility and love humility and love and then turning your palms to point to the ground still resting on your knees your thighs just with the palms of the hands pointing down allowing yourself to ground in whatever you may have received whether it be digestible or not just grounding in to this feeling whatever may have been felt or whatever may have come up for you simply grounding in whatever insight has arrived and once you feel that the grounding in of your insight and new knowledge is complete is complete once you feel the grounding in of this more embodied you this more intuitive you is complete slowly bring your awareness back into your whole body whole body and as you feel ready slowly begin to open your eyes welcome back to your space
