Gently close your eyes and adjust your body to make sure it is as comfortable as can be.
To surrender into a restorative night's sleep we can take some breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Every exhale find more softness and surrender in your body and mind.
Take a deep long breath in through the nose and slowly softly out through the mouth.
Surrender the weight of the body to your bed.
Exhale a deep long breath through the nose and exhale a slow soft breath through the mouth.
Relax the muscles of the face.
Exhale a deep long breath through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth,
Soft and slow.
Relax the jaw,
The neck and the shoulders.
Exhale deep long breath through the nose.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.
Relax the chest,
The arms and the hands.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Relax the stomach and the pelvis.
Relax the spine.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Relax the legs,
The knees and the feet.
Continue to take this breath in through the nose and out through the mouth as many times as you need before falling into a peaceful night's sleep.
