Perhaps you have a meeting and you visualize yourself calm and confident.
If you are travelling,
Visualize that travel with ease and no stress.
Maybe you're getting your children ready for school.
Visualize yourself and your family doing this in the best way possible.
Take some time now to reflect on other events that could happen which would make your day even more lovely.
What lovely feelings you will experience.
Try to really feel that joy,
Pride,
Achievement,
Calm or present.
Try to really feel that lovely feeling as you visualize the action that is attached to it.
The last part of this exercise is a very simple affirmation.
We can repeat this three times together.
