Intention for the day and then visualize the day ahead so you can start to manifest the things you deeply desire in your life.
When you're ready find a comfortable seated position or you can do this laying down but make sure that you're comfortable because comfort is really important as we teach our bodies how to know new feelings and imagine the best things for ourselves.
Manifestation is all about kind of reworking how we feel and see our life.
You're already manifesting so if you don't like how it's going this is a great way to kind of learn and teach our bodies how to feel new ways of being.
So get into that comfortable position and when you're ready you can gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Again inhale and exhale.
This next time I want you to make your inhale just a little bit slower.
Inhale really filling up your belly and chest and at the top of the inhale hold.
And then release.
Turn your breath to its normal breathing pattern in and out of the nose.
Bring a gentle awareness to your breathing letting go of other thoughts.
And now I want you to bring your attention to your intention for the day.
Allow your heart to absorb the intention for the day.
Maybe it's one word,
Maybe it's a thought,
Maybe it's a feeling.
Let's put both our hands on our heart and seal this intention in.
Breathing into the heart,
Inhale and exhaling sending it out into the world.
And now bring your thoughts to the first thing you have to do today and start to imagine how it can go the way you want it to go.
Maybe it's an interaction or a task that needs to be done but imagine yourself doing it the way you think it should be done or the way you want it to be done and feel how that feels.
And if any thought comes in to say it can't or won't just return back to your breath.
I want you to feel the energy in your body and when you're ready you can drop back into the visualization of how your day could go and start to really feel how it would feel to interact with that person or to accomplish that task or to do the whatever it is that you want to do.
Really feel it in your body.
And then start to move on to other tasks for the day and let it flow.
Start to your next interaction.
Maybe surprise interactions that you'd like to have happen.
Let your mind and imagination just play right now and feel how good this day could be.
Imagine it and feel it and if at any time starts to feel bad just drop back to your breath and then when you're ready you can re-enter the imagination.
I'll give you a few moments.
And whenever you find something really juicy and nice and feel so good stay there as long as you can and as soon as it starts to not feel good just come back to your breath in and out.
Feel it deep in your body.
Maybe you have chills.
Maybe you have butterflies in your stomach.
Maybe you feel calm and at ease.
Now let's start to bring ourselves back to the moment right here and now in your body and if you still have those good feelings enjoy them.
Ride the wave of the good feelings.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Now placing both hands on your heart let's seal this intention and visualization with gratitude.
We inhale together and with our exhale we send out the intention into the world knowing that the universe is loving and kind and that we have power to create a reality.
