This is a meditation to help you shine bright and embrace your most abundant self.

Get into a comfortable seated position and when you're ready gently close your eyes.

Just take a deep breath in through the nose,

Inhaling,

Filling up the belly and the chest and then exhaling maybe with a sigh.

Let's do that again.

Inhale through the nose and exhale.

This last time just slow down your inhale really filling up deeply and when you get to the top of your inhale hold the breath and then release letting go of all thoughts and shoulds from your day.

Now allow yourself to ground down deep into the earth.

Feel your sits bones rooting into your seat and feel the earth coming up to connect you,

To ground you,

Reminding you that you are safe in this moment.

Now imagine a golden warm ribbon of light coming from the sky down onto your head.

Let it enter and surround you first through your face in the back of your head down into your neck,

Through your shoulders and arms.

Feel it fill up your chest and your abdomen,

Your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves and feet.

And as you feel this golden ribbon of light just filling you,

Every cell of your body is open and ready to receive.

This light gives you energy,

This light gives you life,

This light is your abundance.

As you feel the warmth and fullness of this light bring to mind an image of your most abundant self.

As this image comes forward in your mind's eye notice what you are doing.

Where are you doing it?

Is there anyone there with you?

How does this make you feel?

Where in your body can you feel it?

Really intensify that feeling.

Allow the feeling to grow and grow.

As this feeling deepens inside of you the light starts to shine brighter and more richly and it starts to expand outside of you,

Surrounding you in a glow of golden light.

And as this light expands it starts to flow out to all the areas around you and all the people near you,

Spreading love and peace and joy to everyone and every being that you are near.

Feel the energy,

Let it flow.

This is your abundant self.

Know that as you shine your light out into the world living your fullest most abundant life you are blessing not only yourself but others as well.

Feel that deeply and know that deeply and know that anytime you need any encouragement you can always come back to this place of warmth and comfort.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale.

And one more time inhale through the nose and exhale.

Bringing yourself back to the moment.

Feeling your body.

Bringing yourself back to where you are right now.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes.

I just wanted to share a quote with you by Wayne Dyer that says,

Abundance is not something we acquire it is something we tune into.

May we know that deeply and know that in our day abundance is everywhere at any moment.
