I do you body scans every day but this was i knew way of doing it for me and I enjoyed it very much And will definitely continue to practice it.

Starting my day with Jen! I’ve used this meditation for the past 2 mornings before work & its suuuuch a nice start. My work days are busy with lots of pressure & deadlines, but this practice is helping me control the ping pong stress thoughts in my mind! I am at ease. Love you Jen!
