Messages from Shaltazar.
Balancing Freedom and Discipline.
Greetings,
Dear ones,
We are Shaltazar,
The Gavi Shpaninu,
The Energy of 33,
The Master Teacher,
And the Energy of 44,
The Master Healer.
We come today to speak of a dilemma humanity has faced for ages,
The struggle between freedom and structure,
Between discipline and spontaneity,
Between responsibility and carefreeness.
It is a polarity that lives deeply in the human psyche,
Pulling you first one way and then the other.
Some of you choose a life of responsibility,
Duty,
And constant striving.
Others choose the path of play,
Exploration,
And unanchored freedom.
And yet,
Neither path alone can bring you the wholeness your soul longs for.
From the vantage point of the higher realms,
We remind you that dualities such as these are never meant to be resolved through choosing one side and rejecting the other.
They are meant to be transcended,
United,
Harmonized.
For the human journey is not about living in extremes,
But about discovering the unity that lies beneath them.
Freedom without discipline dissolves into chaos.
Discipline without freedom hardens into lifelessness.
But when the two embrace,
When they dance together,
You discover a way of being that is both grounded and light,
Steady and alive.
Why does this dilemma arise?
At its root,
Dear ones,
Lies fear.
From an early age,
Many are taught that without responsibility and discipline,
They will never achieve success,
Safety,
Or progress.
Fear of failure,
Fear of lack,
Fear of rejection.
These fears anchor some firmly in responsibility.
Others,
Having witnessed in others and themselves the toll that relentless duty and rigid discipline can take,
Recoil in the opposite direction,
Leaping toward freedom as a way of escape.
In both cases,
Fear convinces you that only one side can keep you safe and happy.
But this belief is a misunderstanding.
Fear clouds the truth that freedom and discipline can exist together,
Not as enemies,
But as allies.
To overcome this,
You must first recognize the fears that push you toward one pole or the other.
Gently name them,
The fear of being judged,
Of being left behind,
Of being trapped,
Of being reckless.
Then allow compassion to soften these fears.
Replace them with trust.
Trust that your soul is capable of holding both responsibility and carefreeness,
Discipline and freedom.
In this trust,
You begin to see beyond fear into possibility.
Each polarity brings gifts of its own.
Responsibility cultivates dependability,
Integrity,
And the strength to honor commitments.
Discipline steadies the mind,
Provides structure,
And allows dreams to manifest in tangible form.
Carefreeness invites lightness,
Spontaneity,
And the ability to live fully in the present moment without being crushed by obligation.
Freedom brings creativity,
Expansion,
And the spark of adventure.
When one is absent,
Life feels incomplete.
When both are honored,
Life becomes rich and fulfilling.
You ask,
How does one find this balance?
How does one integrate what feels so opposite?
The first step,
Dear ones,
Is to release judgment.
Do not condemn your responsible,
Hardworking self as rigid.
Do not shame your playful,
Carefree self as irresponsible.
Both are aspects of the divine within you.
Both have wisdom to offer.
Begin by seeing the sacredness in each.
Next,
Invite them to converse.
When you feel the pull to work tirelessly,
Pause and ask,
Can lightness and play walk beside me in this task?
When you feel the urge to run free,
Ask,
Can I bring a thread of steadiness to balance this freedom?
In this way,
You do not suppress one side,
But you allow both voices to be heard.
There are practical steps you may take.
Start small.
If you live a life of discipline,
Add moments of spontaneity.
A short walk in nature.
A playful activity.
A burst of creativity that has no outcome attached.
If you live a life of freedom,
Add gentle practices of steadiness.
Showing up daily for your art,
Your meditation,
Your relationships with consistency.
Do not make these into rigid demands.
Let them be invitations.
Discipline can be soft,
And freedom can be steady.
We remind you that this balance is not achieved once and for all.
It is a practice,
A dance,
A continual rebalancing.
To live well in the human realm is not to find a static equilibrium,
But to continually adjust.
To move gracefully between freedom and discipline,
Between responsibility and carefreeness.
This is the essence of mastering duality.
Not perfection,
But awareness and willingness to recalibrate as life unfolds.
Some days you will lean into discipline,
Others into freedom,
And this is as it should be.
The art is in not becoming attached to either pole,
But in weaving them together as the fabric of your life.
Most importantly,
Dear ones,
Remember awareness.
When you are aware of where you stand on the continuum between discipline and freedom,
You gain the power to make wiser choices.
Awareness shows you when responsibility has become too heavy,
And when carefreeness has tipped into avoidance.
For example,
If you notice yourself overworking and feeling drained,
Awareness invites you to pause for play or rest.
If you notice yourself drifting without focus,
Awareness invites you to bring in steadiness and focus.
By noticing where you are,
You can invite the opposite quality to soften and balance you.
Remember also that each soul comes into incarnation with a greater propensity toward either discipline or freedom,
Depending on what lessons your soul has chosen to learn.
The balance you seek will not be identical to another's.
Honor your own leaning,
Whether it be toward structure or toward freedom,
And let that guide your unique path to harmony.
One way to discover this is by feeling into what your ideal expression of freedom would be,
And what your ideal expression of discipline would be.
In this awareness,
You are guided by your soul to choose neither extreme,
But to lean gently toward harmony.
Please receive this message not as a burden,
But as an opening,
A gentle invitation into liberation.
Stop striving to be only one thing.
Allow yourself to be many things.
Allow freedom and discipline,
Carefreeness and responsibility,
Spontaneity and steadiness to all have their place within you.
In this way,
You transcend duality and step into your wholeness.
We bring you this message from a place of love.
Our love for you is everlasting and unconditional.
As these insights begin to live within you,
Your life will naturally grow richer and more harmonious.
The weight of over-responsibility will lighten.
The emptiness of unchecked freedom will soften into meaning.
You will find greater creativity,
Deeper resilience,
Stronger relationships,
And a sense of fulfillment that grows from living in both freedom and discipline.
Trust this dance,
Dear one,
For in it you are learning to master duality and live as a soul in human form.
Like the tides that ebb and flow,
Like the seasons that turn and return,
Balance will continue to guide and renew you.
And so it is,
And so it shall be.
