You Are Not Your Mind - Lecture
In this short teaching you will discover that you are not your mind. You've been taught to assume that you are, but the thoughts moving through your head are not you thinking, and the feelings you feel inside are not you feeling. In meditation you observe your thoughts and feelings, and recognize that they are coming from your mind, not you. This is a profoundly liberating and empowering realization to have.
