Level 1 Day 1 Namaste and welcome to this course on Siva Kundalini Sadhana.

Siva means the auspicious one.

Sivasana means in whom all things lie or all pervades you.

Vah means embodiment of grace.

Every spiritual practice is directly or indirectly related to Kundalini.

Kundalini is the energy situated at the base of the spine.

Sadhana means the practice or set of practices.

There are actually many yogic practices in India which will help a person to attain self-realization.

However,

There are a few of them which can be practiced by everyone in all walks of life and without any restrictions.

Siva Kundalini Sadhana is a unique course which lets the practitioners or the Sadhags to experience higher states of consciousness like Samadhi in a very short span of time,

Which otherwise takes several years of sadhana.

Using this sadhana,

One can awaken their Kundalini energy and activate their chakras.

Entering the Sushumna Nadi is one of the most difficult achievements for a Sadhak or a practitioner.

Yogis spend many years in intense sadhana to get to this state.

In this course,

Through initiation and guidance,

You will be able to easily enter these higher states of consciousness.

After initiation,

You will not only be able to enter into Sushumna Nadi effortlessly,

But also you can be in that state throughout the day.

Regular practitioners or the Sadhags of Siva Kundalini Sadhana will attain higher states where they can solve their physical,

Mental and social problems on their own as these problems are mostly related to any one of the seven chakras.

Siva Kundalini Sadhana is a path that can take you from connecting with the Creator to transforming yourself into the Creator.

This divine knowledge and experience is very rare and priceless.

I have designed this course in such a way which is very organized,

Safe and is one of the fastest ways to awaken the Kundalini.

This sadhana has a total of seven levels out of which four levels are taught online.

In these four levels,

We will follow the four important processes.

In first level,

We will awaken the dormant Kundalini energy.

In level two,

We will enter into the Sushumna Nadi.

In level three,

We will learn how to activate seven chakras.

In level four,

We will learn how to take the awakened Kundalini energy from the Mula Dara to Sahasrara.

About Myself Around the age of eight,

When I was doing my schooling,

I first experienced Samadhi,

A thoughtless and blissful state where I became one with the universe and didn't have sense of my body and mind.

This experience had a profound impact on my spiritual journey and changed the direction of my life.

I wanted to see God.

An inspiration came to me and I started on my journey to a sacred and powerful Shiva temple in the southern part of India in Sri Salem.

On my journey to Sri Salem,

I met a person who at the first glance looked like a common man.

He did something that I couldn't believe.

It was no less than a miracle.

He picked up a dead insect and placed it in my hand and asked me to close my hand.

He then closed his eyes and chanted a mantra and after a minute or two,

He asked me to open my closed hands.

When I opened my hand,

I was so shocked to see that the insect came into life and started moving out of my hand.

He did it again this time when I picked up another dead insect.

I was so profoundly moved and wanted to know how he could do it.

He said that it was just a small city or a power and if I wanted,

Then he could teach me how to learn even better things.

He initiated me with a mantra and from then I did my sadhana very diligently for several years.

Later after several years of practice,

I reached the point where I wanted to renounce this world and go into Jeeva Samadhi.

Jeeva Samadhi is a state where you enter into Samadhi and leave your physical body.

However,

My Guru had a different plan for me.

He guided me to become a householder or a grihastha and teach this sadhana to others.

Later I became a grihastha and have been teaching Shiva Kundalini Sadhana for over 4 years now to several thousands of people all over the world.

I have now dedicated my life to serve humanity by teaching this divine Kundalini Sadhana and want everyone to get liberated by practicing this sadhana.

Let us now understand how we can learn effectively.

In ancient India,

Gurus used to share knowledge to disciples orally.

Listening is the most ancient and effective way of learning.

We receive information from the outer or external world and pass it on to our internal or inner world.

Mind has five different states which we call it as Chiptavastha,

Mudavastha,

Vichiptavastha,

Ekagravastha and Nirudavastha.

When the information comes from the external world to the internal world,

If the mind is not ready to receive it,

Then we say that the person's mind is in Chiptavastha or Chipta state of mind.

For instance,

When a person is angry,

Then he will not be in a state to listen to any reason from the external world.

When one is able to receive information from the external world but unable to process that information,

Then we say the mind is in Mudavastha.

For instance,

Some will have difficulty in understanding certain concepts especially related to physics or mathematics.

When one is receiving the information from the external world and the mind is able to process the information,

They are not able to decide whether to accept or reject this information.

Here,

The mind is in a state of dilemma and is unable to decide.

This state of mind is called Vichiptavastha.

When one receives information with total concentration from the external world,

Then we can say that the mind is in state of Ekagravastha.

When one is totally absorbed into the subject which he is dealing with,

Then we can say that he is in the state of Nirudavastha.

To maximize our learning,

You should be having an open mind and be in Ekagravastha or Nirudavastha.

While the open mind can prepare you to receive new possibilities and Ekagravastha guarantees maximum possible learning.

So to get maximum benefit out of this course,

I would suggest that you keep an open mind throughout the course and listen it carefully.

Now again you follow the instructions that are given to you in the course as is and complete all the days of course and the most important thing is practice,

Practice and practice.

Some other important key points about Kundalini Sadhana.

Learning is not just about knowing,

It is about experiencing what you have known.

Anyone who is above the age of 8 years can practice this sadhana.

There are no restrictions of any kind for practicing this course.

Any religious or dietary background is welcome.

In case you are already practicing any other sadhana,

You can continue doing it while doing Shiva Kundalini Sadhana.

But make sure that you do not combine or mix these both practices.

Throughout the course,

Remain seated in a comfortable position.

Please do not listen to this course while driving or operating any heavy machinery.

We will start with the practice of awakening Kundalini.

This practice must be done in a comfortably seated position on the ground or in a chair.

Be seated in a comfortable position and keep your spine,

Neck and head in a straight line.

Take your left thumb and press at the center of your right palm firmly for 12 times.

Now repeat this using the right thumb and press in the center of the left hand palm firmly for 12 times.

Now place your right hand on the top of your head and firmly rotate your hand 12 times in a clockwise direction on your scalp.

Then repeat the same in the counter clockwise direction for 12 times.

Now place your palms on your legs gently with your palm facing upward.

Now keep Chin Mudra by touching your thumb with your index finger gently on both the hands.

Focus your concentration on the top center of your head and close your eyes gently.

I will be initiating you to awaken your Kundalini.

Now set your intention to become one with Shiva or infinite.

Keep your eyes closed and mentally repeat,

Oh Gurudeva,

Please bless me to become one with Shiva or infinite by concentrating on the top of your head.

Do not open your eyes until I ask you to open your eyes.

Now slowly open your eyes.

Take your right hand and place it on top of your head without touching your head.

Move your hand slowly up and down about 2 to 3 inches above your head without touching your head for 12 times.

Now as you observe you may feel a tingling sensation or coldness or warmth in the center of your palm or on your head or you can feel a kind of sensation happening at your fingertips.

You may also try to bring both of your palms a couple of inches away from each other and now slowly move your hands away by 3 to 4 inches and bring them back to their original position.

Move your hands in this way back and forth again for 12 times.

You may feel a kind of tingling sensation or coldness or warmth in the center of your palm or in your hand.

Observe your entire body from tip of your toe to the top of your head and know if there are any vibrations or sensations happening at a particular place in your body.

It is okay if you don't feel any sensation.

Be rest assured that I have opened your Brahmarandra through which the cosmic energy has flown down from crown chakra to the root chakra and has awakened your Kundalini.

Your Brahmarandra is now open for the rest of your lifetime and only cosmic energy is allowed through this passage.

You can feel safe and assured that you are now receiving the grace.

Thank you for joining me in this session today.

I hope you learned something new today.

On day 2,

We will go into the details of different levels in the sadhana,

Learn the significance of the Chin Mudra and practice meditation.

Till then,

Have a great day.
