
Release Meditation With Self Love And Past Life Work

This meditation can be used anytime you are in need of releasing old, stale, or negative energy. I begin with an explanation of the importance of release and what it is. We then move into a meditation where through visualization and affirmations you allow yourself to let go of negative energy, cords, spiritual contracts, and anything else that is no longer working for your highest good. There will be an occasional Tibetan bowl to punctuate the various releases.

Thank you so much for joining me.
My name is Jay Day and today we are going to take a journey of release.
There will be no background music other than my voice and my bowl.
During this journey we are going to release all energy that no longer serves your highest good.
I would like to talk a little bit about release before we begin.
We will be releasing old chords.
Chords,
If you do not know,
Are the energetic threads that run between people,
Objects,
Places,
Times,
And we are going to release the ones that no longer serve us.
When we release,
It is best to release with gratitude for the lessons learned and with love and with light so that you may really release with a sense of peace.
Sometimes it can take more than once to release someone or something from your energy field.
It can take a few times.
Each time the thread or the chord becomes a little weaker and a little weaker.
But always releasing with gratitude for the lessons learned.
With the love,
For the experience,
Even the negative ones bring us to a better place.
We become stronger and really the people we are now in this moment is a combination of all the good and the bad that we have experienced in our lives.
I like to think that when negative things happen to us,
It does not have to be a negative experience.
It may feel negative in that moment,
But if it brings us to a place of greater understanding,
Of greater strength,
Of perhaps freedom,
Then really that negative can very easily become a positive and a driving force in our lives.
So if you can release with that feeling in mind,
Then at the end of this exercise,
Hopefully you will feel lighter and clearer and ready to take those next steps in your life.
The other things that we may release are the worries and stresses that we carry for other people.
If you are an empath,
And for those who don't know what an empath are,
An empath is somebody,
And it is a lot more common than we'd really like to think,
A lot of people are empaths.
But if you are an empath,
You take on other people's emotions and feelings as if it is your own.
It is going beyond the normal path of just feeling empathetic towards somebody or feeling empathy.
You feel it as if it's your own.
There are physical empaths and physical empaths may actually take on physical manifestations of these stress and worries,
Not only for themselves but for the people around them.
You may experience chronic migraines or joint pain.
And then there are the emotional empaths who feel the emotions of other people.
And this can become very draining.
The more and more you carry for other people,
Not only does it not allow them to move forward in their lives,
But it also is weighing you down.
And it can make you sick emotionally,
Spiritually,
Physically.
So releasing these things on a regular basis is a very wise thing to do.
All right,
Let us begin.
Start by taking a nice deep breath.
Just breathe in and breathe out.
With each breath in,
You're breathing in light,
You're breathing in energy,
Renewal.
And with each breath out,
You are releasing physical stress from the top of your head to the tip of your toes,
Every muscle feeling it just melt away.
Feeling the crown of your head just relaxing into your forehead and your cheek muscles and your jaw.
All of those little areas hold stress.
Just release.
Let go.
Remembering to breathe in and out.
Deep relaxing breaths.
Feel your belly expand,
Taking in that beautiful air.
Feeling your shoulders relax in your neck,
Your chest and your back,
Your abdomen.
Feel your entire core relax.
We are so often told to hold everything in,
To tuck our belly in.
And when we're working on strength,
Physical strength,
Yes,
Having a strong core is very important.
But when you breathe,
Allowing your belly to fully expand,
Feeling that deep breath can be incredibly relaxing.
Continuing that release down your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
All the way to the soles of your feet.
Going back and doing a stress check on any of the muscles that may have already tightened back up.
Just release them,
Give them permission to be relaxed.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Above your head is a beautiful white light.
See it wash over you.
Seeing your chakras open like beautiful flowers.
Your crown,
Third eye,
Throat,
Heart,
Solar plexus,
Sacral and root.
Seeing the light flooding all the way down.
Releasing any cords that no longer serve your highest good.
Release them with gratitude,
With love and with light.
Light to purify and love to bring peace.
See them releasing these cords from their very source,
From both ends.
And then seeing the space that they leave behind being filled with light.
Say these words to yourself or out loud.
I release all cords that no longer serve my highest good.
I release them with gratitude for the lessons learned.
I release them with love.
I release them with forgiveness.
And I release them into the light to be cleansed.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Release all negative thoughts towards yourself.
Release those old programs and thoughts of unworthiness.
Those thoughts that come in that say I'm not good enough or I'm not enough.
Those are other people's words.
Think back to when you were little and you had no awareness of what other people thought of you.
You ran and played unencumbered.
And if that wasn't what happened for you even as a child,
Go back even further.
Go back as far as it takes to find that moment when you loved yourself unconditionally and bring it forward.
Bring it forward all the way through the current day.
You are perfect just as you are.
Any flaws that you have make you who you are.
Make you unique and individual.
And anything that is no longer serving you,
That is continuing to hold you back,
Release it.
Release it now with forgiveness,
Gratitude,
And allow yourself to start anew,
Fully loving who you are in this moment.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Then repeat after me.
Today I choose to love myself unconditionally.
Starting today and all days moving forward,
I release old thoughts and programs that are keeping me back from loving myself.
I am who I'm supposed to be.
I am where I am supposed to be.
And I am wonderful.
Taking a nice deep breath.
I release all cords,
Energies,
And objects from not only this life,
But any other lifetime that no longer serve my highest good.
I release them with forgiveness,
With gratitude for lessons learned,
And with love into the light to be healed.
I release all worries and stresses and pain that I've been holding for other people.
I release it into the light to be healed and to not return to me.
I release it with love,
With gratitude for the lessons learned,
And with forgiveness into the light to be healed.
I release any spiritual contracts that no longer serve my highest good in this time and in this space.
These contracts that may have been signed in other lifetimes by other versions of myself,
Or earlier in this lifetime,
That no longer serve my highest good,
I release myself from these contracts.
I release it with gratitude,
With forgiveness,
With love into the light to be healed and not to return.
I release physical pain from my body.
I release anything that has been keeping me from feeling healthy and well.
Anything that is no longer serving my highest good.
And anything that remains,
I will take steps to take care of it.
I release it with gratitude,
Forgiveness,
And love into the light to be healed.
Take a nice deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing your body to be completely relaxed,
To release,
And to be cleansed body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Cleansed of stress,
Of anxiety,
Of worry,
Of pain,
Of any cords or negative energy.
Instead,
To be completely surrounded and replaced with light,
With healing,
With love,
Especially self-love.
Taking one more deep breath in and release.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes.

And remember that you can revisit this anytime that you wish to do release work.
Anytime that you wish to let go of energy that you've been holding on for other people or for yourself that's no longer serving your highest good.
